As you enter the 2nd home world, Bianca magically appears and warns Spyro about the pending dangers of the sorceress, to high-tail it out of there and return to where he came from. As if Spyro's gonna leave? She talk a mean talk then vanishes.

Quite a large home world and lots of gems to pick up everywhere. I noticed there was an unusually high number of critters around, for Spyro to flame, for extra lives and health. In one area there were 6 of them all huddled together. Not a bad time to load up on extra lives. 8 flamed critters will award a free life. The 1st egg is located at the bottom of the reflecting pool right under the bridge to the left. Work your way thru the entire level making a big circle until you return back to the level entrance. |

There are 2 ponds/lakes to swim. Make sure you look in all corners to get all the gems. At the back of the level, there's a superflame powerup arch. As you climb the stairs, you'll hear that familiar "na-nana-na-na". Chase that blue guy around the center building and he eventually gives up the egg. After awhile, you realize the ONLY WAY you can catch this pest is to cut the corners on the inside of the circuit while running. Pay Moneybags the outrageous 700 gems to release Sgt. Byrd The Penguin. |

Zoe explains the superflame powerup arch to Spyro. Blast all 4 planters and retreive the egg. Don't forget, there is a hardened gem chest by the wall where Moneybags was. The superflame will break open the chest. By the river, there is a ladder that Spyro can climb. Go in the cave, grab the egg and gems. From here, follow the river, over the bridge and up the steps to Hunter. Note that you pass Sparx's sign post. This is where the bonus level will be after Spyro defeats Spike.

Hunter teaches you how to fire the lavaball using the target aimer [circle] button. This opens the portal to Enchanted Towers. At the very front of the level off to the right, is the ice cavern. Off to one side is a smaller room holding the last egg. Get familiar with skating on ice. You'll need it. Make sure you clean up all 400 gems on this level. I stuck around and racked up 10 lives, just to build a reserve. You can go to any of the levels on this home world now.

DAVE = At the bottom of the reflecting pool under the bridge. TRIXIE = Reward for chasing down and catching the blue thief. MATT = After blasting the 4th pillar planter with the superflame powerup. MODESTY = Climbing the ladder to the cave by the river. MINGUS = In the back room of the secret ice cave. |
