This is the shoot-out at the OK corral. Definitely a Western theme. I'm surprised Spyro's not wearing a cowboy hat. These dinos are very fast on the draw and the guns are accurate even from a distance. Watch Sparx's health very carefully. Unlike previous Spyro games, the cactus on this level actually have gems.. First off go to the left and do a blind jump to the right hugging the wall. Your first egg awaits. Fly back hugging the wall again, and one by one charge attack the dinos flaming them before they fire their guns. The blue dinos throw sticks of dynamite but a quick flame from the side does the trick. Go in the courtyard area and talk to Sheriff Wyatt in the jail cell. The exit portal will be here later. Work across the open area, take out all the cowboys,flame all the cactus and the bullseye chest to the right and then walk across the wooden bridge into the cabin with the fireplace. Watch out for the turret gun rhynoc. He is fast and deadly. Run around the side of him and super head butt the cannon using the [triangle] button. Flame doesn't work. Sparx may need a boost at this point. There's a free man bottle in the fireplace. Go outside, save with Zoe the fairy. Time for a swim. Once you dive underwater, you'll notice some nasty seahorse cowboys that also have a deadly shot. Best just to charge head-butt them while you're swimming. Off to the right, is a cracked wall. A hidden egg lies inside. The floating dynamite boxes DO NOT have gems. Work down the tunnel, cleaning up as you go, and surface at the other end. Save with Zoe. There are 2 manned turret guns right around the corner. You have to work fast. Try to jump the bullet fire. After crossing the wooden bridge, climb the stairs around the water tower and then go straight in the cave to the left. The braced wall in the back is actually breakable. Once you head-butt through, you come into the jail cell that trapped Sherrif Wyatt at the start of the level. Once you get the egg, the jail cell disappears and you can roam around all you want. Back-track to the last area, climb the ladder outside the water tower. Swim to the bottom to a whirlwind portal. Deputy Holiday explains that an egg is trapped at the end of the abandoned mine shaft (fluidity tunnel). Avoid the beams and rocks that fall, and all those darn dynamite boxes that get in your way. If you're lucky at dodging everything, you can make it to the end. This takes alot of work and is like threading a needle at high speed. Deputy Roy ** explains that the Bailey Gang has kidnapped an egg and is held-up in the buildings. This is a shotting gallery challenge. Agent 9 moves automatically to the next position (which is annoying). Be careful and trigger ready when the dinos appear. No time for error. Best to find a horizontal position for the circle aimer, and just move left to right. There is a hidden egg inside the blue arch to the left, past where Agent 9 does one of his shooting gallery positions. NOTE **: Insomniac Software gave me the honor of naming one of the "Year of The Dragon" deputy characters, after me. SKILL POINT: As Agent 9, shooting the secret pink dino. There are 6 hatchling eggs to free in this level (the 6th one comes at the end): DAN = Behind the first building on a secret hidden ledge. ROMEY = Behind the cracked wall in the underwater tunnel area. KIKI = Reward for freeing Sheriff Wyatt in the jail cell. ELLIOT = Reward for swimming through the mine shaft tunnel to the end. SHARON = As Agent 9, clearing out the Bailey gang from all the buildings. SERGIO = As Agent 9, finding the hidden egg inside one of the buildings.
