Ling Ling complains to Spyro that rhynocs have been causing havoc delaying the bamboo harvest.
Spyro is asked to step in. Chi Chi & Li are there to help. If Spyro clears out an area, the 2 pandas will open
a gate or drop a bridge to help Spyro. |

Spyro first takes care of business dead ahead and the pandas move a giant wheel boulder to uncover a doorway to a chinese temple. Through the temple to another open area, Spyro cleans up again and the pandas piggyback on each other activating a switch that opens a draw-bridge to another temple on the other side of a pond. To the left, is a set of secluded stairs leading to a ledge where Spyro can glide/hover to an egg. The rhynocs with the umbrellas are no match.

Another egg is visible on a pedestal island. Go back around to the stairs that you just climbed, to glide to the 1st egg, but this time stop at the 3rd last step. If you look off to the right, you will just see the island. From the 3rd step, you can glide over to the island with not too much hover. If you try from the top, you will not land in time even at full hover. Jump back to the main area, swim in the river, collect the loose gems, including the cracked wall at the back. |

From the 3rd temple, work across taking out all the rhynocs then jumping across the 2 islands by the waterfall. Watch out though. there's a rhynoc on the other side firing a cannon, that can knock you off the island if you're not fast enough. From there, go inside the last temple and Sing Sing gives you an egg and the exit portal.
Behind the temple is Yeti's 1st house which isn't active yet, and a [?] bottle on a nearby island. Solve the riddle [bottle locations] and grab the gems. |

Once the emergency escape bridges have been activated, go to the cave by the tower, for another egg challenge.
Pay Moneybags the 500 gems to activate the portal. Once inside, help Shui and all the other pandas return to their homes. Use the circle button to fire the cannon from the boat. You need to take out 16 rhynocs without letting any of the pandas fall from the ladders or bridges. The secret is to fire as soon as the blue rhynocs come into range. |

In the Evening Lake Home World, after you've completed Bentley's Outpost, you can come back and go inside Bentley's 1st house. As Bentley, your job is to clear all the panda rocks, rolling boulders and rhynocs and make it all the way to the top of the hill. There are traps everywhere, so be on your toes and use your club well in advance of when you think you need it. Don't forget to use Sparx to find hidden gems if you're not 100% complete. |

There are 6 hatchling eggs to free in this level:
MADISON = Glide to the balcony cave to the right of the temple. DWIGHT = Glide/hover to the pedestal island from the stairs. TOM = Clearing the path to the temples activating the emergency escape bridges. RUSTY = Reward for knocking off all 16 rhynocs from the perches at panda village. PEE-WEE = Reward for catching the blue egg thief (exhausting) BRUBECK = As Bentley, reward for making it to the top of the hill. |
