Out in the grassy courtyard, go to the right of the stairs dead ahead. In among the tall grass [X], pick-up treasure 48/60 Gold Inca Figurine. Dn't bother going to the area on the left, there's nothing up there. Walk up the steps and go to the left along the back wall. At the end, jump up to the broken debris and grab the wall ledge on the left. Shimy across the wall ledges to the end. Lean back and jump to the back wall column. Shimy to the right. Grab the dangling vine.

Swing back and forth on the hanging vine til you get enough momentum to reach the far right ledge. Jump to the wall edge and continue to the right. At the next wall column, lean back and jump across to the other wall of the alleyway. Shimy to the left. Grab the next hanging vine and leap to the next wall ledge. Shimy to the left til you're over the door. Jump up to the tower ledges and climb up into the open window at the top. Safety-drop to the wall insde the tower.

Safety frop down the wall to the floor below. You'll be under sniper attack. Duck for cover behind the stairwell on the left. Load your Desert-5 of 92FS pistol and wait for the first soldier to ambush you. Peg him in the doorway. Aim and fire at the soldiers peeking out from behind the pillars down the long corridor. If you find aiming a little too long range, move up to the left wall of the entrance to the corridor. Shoot down all the soldiers then collect ammo.

Jump the gaps in the floor to the end of the terrace. Go left and pick treasure 49/60 Golden Bird Vessel. Walk through the arch over the wooden floor. Jump to the wooden planks by the column [1]. Jump across to the wooden plank ledge around the pillar then across to the small wooden ledge [2]. Walk right and jump to the steps. Walk to the bottom then up the steps to the archway [3]. Walk up the stairs on the other end and to the left. Walk to the next terrace.

The camera will go passive as you walk to the ledge overlooking the courtyard. Take a running jump to the wall on the right. Shimy across the wall blocks to the left. Jump to the hanging vine along the church wall. Climb all the wap up the vine to the window at the top. Jump through into the church balcony. Duck for cover behind the wooden pew. There are 2 snipers behind the far pew and they are gunnin' for you right away.

The one soldier will try to move up on you to the left. The other sniper will try to pin you down behind the pew. Go for the headshot or just spray your M4 rifle in the general direction from left to right. Once the guys are dead, collect their ammo and go into the small alcove on the right. Look around the corner and pick-up treasure 50/60 Spanish Golden Goblet. Now consult Drake's book [select] for a clue.

Nate has to get to the other end of the church to the stain glass window with the heart symbol. Walk along the wooden plank. Jump to the next wooden ledge. Face to the right and jump to the column ledge. Shimy to the left and jump acorss the wall blocks [1]. At the end, shimy around the column. Lean back. Jump and grab the wooden ledge. Pull up [2]. Run across the wooden platform, leap and grab the hanging chandelier [3]. Pull up top. Jump to the far platform.

Jump to the platform along the wall and face right. Grab the edge of the pillar. Shimy to the left. Lean back. Grab the next wooden platform. (You'll grab it with one hand). Go the next platform and jump to the column on the left wall [1]. Shimy around to the right, across the blocks to the back wall. Lean back. Grab the wooden platform. Walk to the wall with the key [2]. Jump and pull the key down the wall [3]. Back track to the middle of the church. Jump to the chandelier [4].

From the chandelier, jump to the wooden platform on the right pillar. Jump to the wooden platform and walk around the back. Go to the other key along the back wall. Jump and pull down the second key. Cutaway scene shows the stain glass window lowering. Walk to the edge of the wood on the left. Jump and grab the edge of the corner column. Shimy around to the left. Grab the chain and swing across to the small wall block. Lean back. Jump to the window [X]. Walk out.

Go down the stain glass hallway to the right. Look for the sparkle at the end. Pick-up treasure 51/60 Jeweled Golden Cross. Now find the stain glass window with the heart symbol. [movie sequence bgeins] Nate swings open the windows. Directly in view on the other side of the courtyard he sees the heart symbol on the roof of the circular building. He radios Sully and tells him "you're not going to believe this one?"

That little goose chase you sent Roman's men on, well.. they're standing right on top of the treasure vault! You'll have to find a way to get them outta there. When the cost's clear, I'll meet you back here. Roman and his soldiers leave the building and run to go find Sully (who apparently escaped). Climb out the window ledge and safety-drop down the side of the wall. Shimy to the left and find the hanging vine. Slide down the vine to the bottom and drop to the ground.

The graveyard and dig site down below is crawling with soldiers. Go to the crates and pick-up the dragon sniper rifle. Duck behind a broken pillar next to the break in the iron fence. Use the laser scope and find the soldiers along the back wall of the courtyard behind the iron fence. Get one good kill shot in. All the men scramble and start to shoot on your position. You only have 6 shots with the sniper rifle, so pick targets wisely. Find the safari guy with the RPG.

2 sniper soldiers along the back wall have laser guide sights and will try to pin you down. Make sure you shoot them before they can lock-on to you and kill you in 1 shot. Once the big threats are gone, use up the sniper rifle on the men below. There will be 2-3 soldiers hiding behind the tombstones that will peek out now and then. One soldier has a laser sight on his rifle. He's a little trickey, just be patient. Take him down!

Go back to the wooden crate and pick-up your M4 rifle. Pick-up the Desert-5 gun as well. Watch for a soldier coming up the stairs on the right. He may be hard to see because of the tall grass. A grenade down the steps work well! Walk down to the lower graveyard and kill any enemies that are still left hiding the tombs. Find the square crypt right up against the middle of the back wall [X]. Look down in the grass for the sparkle and pick-up treasure 52/60 Silver Skull.

Load and draw your Desert-5. Slowly walk up the stairs on the left. Look ahead of the pillar on the right. Kill a soldier (1 shot) before the group gets a chance to scatter. Take cover behind the stairs. If you have to, retreat back down the stairs to the lower graveyard to draw the soldiers to you. Use up the Desert-5 then find a Moss-12 shotgun and use it for close range kills as they walk down the steps looking for you. Run up the stairs and hide behind a crypt on the left.

3 more sodliers will come running out from the right. Peek out from behind the tomb and shoot them as they run out from behind cover. One has a sniper rifle and he's an amazingly good shot! WATCH OUT! (I died twice). The lower graveyard may have been a better shooting position. Once quiet, go up near the circular building (where the heart symbol was), go right and walk to the small archway. By the small retaining wall [X] pick up treasure 53/60 Gold Inca Mask.

Walk up the steps and open the doors to the treasure vault building. Walk inside. Elena and Sully are inside looking around. They're glad to see you alive. Roman and his men should be gone for awhile. They wonder where the Spanish army or monks would have hid the treasure? There are symbols under each one of the make-shift mosoleum shelves. Time to consult Drake's little book of secrets. [select]

Drake's book shows each one of the 7 symbols in the room. Of note: the seashell is pointing down. Find the wall stone with the seashell and turn it 180 degrees (turn it twice) so it's facing down. Another symbol is the arrows facing up. Find the wall stone with the arrows and turn it twice to see the arrows facing up. Another symbol is the snake facing left. Find the snake wall stone and turn it 3 times til the head faces left. There's a thud sound in the wall.

[movie sequence begins] The wall behind one of the shelves slides down. Elena grabs a torch. Nate pushes all the skulls and bones off the shelf and hops over to the other dark room. Elena follows with the torch. There doesn't look to be anything in this back room. Elena goes exploring and accidentally walks on a floor switch. The wall comes crashing down but Sully is ok. Nate radios him and tells him they'll meet at the library.
