[cut scene] Drake and Tenzin hear a giant crack and thud from the gorge below. The water below starts to churn and bubble. Giant square obelisks start to rise out from the water. One by one they lock into place, as each one reaches a different height. Tenzin immediately starts to run for the obelisks and jumps from column to column. OK.. Drake's turn. This is a timer run. You can hear the faint beat of a drum.

Run down the stone steps and leap to the closest obelisk. Climb up. Look ahead. Leap to the pole and swing to the next obelisk. Climb up top. Go left. Leap to the next pole and swing to the next obelisk. Climb up top. Make a giant leap over to the pedestal in the middle. Tenzin grabs Drake's arm as he attempts to grab the pedestal edge. He pulls him up to safety. [cut scene] Drake and Tenzin stand on the tiles on the small pedestal.

The ground rumbles and a series of statues rise up from the gorge. Drake and Tenzin are hoisted into the air by columns underneath them. They each lock into place one by one, forming a series of step bridges. The large statue at the end turns 90 degrees revealing a new face and a hidden entrance at the base. Tenzin like always, runs ahead, before you even get a chance to move. Run across the bridge steps. Each statue will retract down into the gorge as you pass.

You may not have noticed it, but if you were paying very close attention, when the statue turned 90 degrees, there was a sparkle of light on its forehead. If you look up now to the very top, you'll see it [X]. The screen camera won't look up all the way. Load your pistol to look way up Shoot the gem down from the top. Wait for the sparkle to drop to your feet and pick-up treasure 66/100 [Trigram Thogchag].

Tenzin will run ahead again down the stairs. Follow Tenzin down the steps and enter the inner chamber. [movie sequence begins] As they walk down the last steps to the floor, a stone wall quickly rises up and locks into place behind Drake. "Let's hope there's another way outta here! Tenzin yells over to Drake "Drake letasho (come here)" Drake walks over "This must be them... Schafer's expedition?"

[move continues] Drake kneels down next to one of the dead men and picks up a small snuff box. It has a symbol of the Chintamani stone on the case. He opens the box and sees pebbles of rock inside. He smells the box "Huh. More resin?" Drake looks closely at the face of the dead man and sees a bullet hole to the forehead along with blackened teeth and glass eyes. "Hello.. would you look at this? These men were all shot!"

[movie continues] Drake gets up and motions to Tenzin, that the men were all shot. Tenzin seems to understand but is bewildered? He gives Drake a book he finds on one of the men. "The Life Tree. Annenerbe? Ah Jesus. They were SS. These guys were Nazis!" Drake looks at various pages of the book and looks around the chamber for clues. Then it dawns on him! "What would a man become? Tenzin.. Shafer did this.. he killed them.. It was the only way to stop them.."

[movie continues] They hear the growl of a Yeti nearby. "Shit. We have to find a way outta here.. NOW!" First. Pick up an MP40 assault rifle lying on the ground. Reload with lots of ammo from around the dead bodies. Run up the stairs at the front. Tenzin will follow behind you. The creatures have not come hunting just yet. Look for the lever in the back alcove. Go to the back, up the steps, and pull the lever [triangle].

[cut scene] Several Yeti crawl in from the top of the statue, screaming and growling, and drop down into the chamber. Stay where you are and shoot at the Yeti as they start to make their way around the perimeter towards you. One Yeti will dislodge and throw giant boulders at you. Stay out of his way! Keep the Yeti pinned down in the floor area til the elevator platform lowers down from the roof and stops in front.

When you see the platform in front of you, give up your fight with the Yeti and jump to the platform. [cut scene] Drake stands up on the platform and yells to Tenzin to hurry up. Just as the Yeti is about to tackle Tenzin, he leaps to the platform. Drake pulls him up. Drake aims his pistol and shoots the lever (activating the elevator). As they rise up to the roof, a single Yeti appears to have hung on. Shoot him off with your pistol.

[cut scene] Drake and Tenzin arrive at the top and walk out to a snowy mountain ledge. Drake walks out over to the edge and see Tenzin's village below. It's on fire! "Oh No. Tenzin!" He yells over to Tenzin to look. Tenzin is in a panic now. He starts to run down from the mountain.
