So after all that fighting on the train, and being shot, Drake finds himself at the end of the train yet again (now present day). You know the routine (same as chapter 1). Climb the train car to the top then run like mad up the next train car before it slips over the edge of the cliff. Grab the ledge up top [cut scene] Drake lies down out of sheer exhaustion from his injuries. He gets up and wanders past the tree into the wreckage.

[movie sequence] Drake trudges through the snow barely able to keep himself upright braving the cold and his gunshot wound. He sees the Tibetan dagger in the snow, and picks it up. His hands are soaked with blood as he examines the dagger. As he leans up against a nearby crate he looks up and sees 2 military trucks drive in. Several gurads jump out and scurry for positions. "Aahh Shit! Now what?"
Drake starts with only 1 wepaon: a 92FS pistol. Duck behind cover of the rail car and go for headshots. You want to take down anyone who is in your general area. Pay attention to your open flank on the left and behind you. You are in no condition for a fist fight so you have to shoot anyone who comes even remotely close to you. At your first available opportunity, pick-up a Moss-12 Shotgun and some NDI grenades.
Now that you have the shotgun, you can take care of anyone at close range. Duck behind one of the crates out in the open towards the cliff and let the soldiers come through the hole in the over-turned rail car. You can peg them with the shotgun as they come out. Once they're down, you'll have lots of ammo and weapon choices. The safest place to be for now, is inside the rail car. You're shielded on 2 sides.
Pick-up the FAL rifle. Most of your enemies now can be taken down farther away, so a high powered rifle is better then a shotgun. Pepper the group of soliders trying to advance on you. Toss a grenade or 2 in their general direction. They can't see it when it lands in the snow and don't know where to run? (love it!) Once they're down, venture out to the right. Go for cover behind the crates and wait for another wave of soldiers.
Once you're sure that everything is quiet and there are no more soldiers in the area, walk back to the edge of the cliff. It will take awhile to get there because your injuries seem to be getting worse. Look for the sparkle in the snow. Pick-up treasure 49/100 [Tibetan Knife]. Now go to the left. Walk past where you first did battle with the first wave of soldiers.
Another wave of soldiers will jump down from the wreckage on the left. Take cover behind any nearby crate. Shoot them with your rifle as they peek out and try to sneak up on you. When they are all down, walk up to the left. Look for a spot by the wreckage where the snow starts to dissipate. Look for the sparkle in the snow on the right [1]. Pick-up treasure 50/100 [Tibetan Prayer Wheel. if you look closely at the wreckage, you can see the next treasure [2].
Walk left past the mangled steel to the open area. Look right and up, to the top of the passenger car straddling 2 mounds of wreckage. You'll see the sparkle (more like a permanent glow). Shoot it down. The treasure will land on a crate below the rail car. Walk under and grab treasure 51/100 [Tibetan Silver Vase]. You should receive the Practiced Fortune Hunter Medal + PS3 Trophy (find 50 treasures).
Now it's time to leave! You're in a blinding snowstorm with virtually no visibility so the exit may be hard to find at first. Look for the burning tanker car. Your exit is to the left of the tanker. Climb the rock ledges and walk out to the snowy plateau [movie sequence].
Drake is struggling badly now and tries to make the trek up the slope. He's exhausted and about to succumb to the cold and the obvious pain of his injuries. He struggles to stay on his feet, but his energy is done and he collapses head down in the snow. Off in the distance he sees someone standing and looking. A mysterious man walks up to Drake and stops at his feet.
[movie continues] Drake awakes and finds himself inside a strange room. A young Tibetan girl is staring at him from the edge of the bed (it startles him). He gets up on the bed and sits on the edge. He peers down to his wound, and discovers it's been healed and his clothes are no longer bloody. A villager (man who saved him) approaches Drake and speaks in a foreign tongue. He helps Drake out of the bed.
