Tomb Raider Underworld Walkthrough FAQ Strategy Guide PS3
The exit from this small room is through the unerwater stone door on the left. To open the door, Lara has to reach the back platform and then find the release switch. Shoot the spiders climbing down the right wall. Us the grapple and jump to the right wall. Make sure you clear the water. Repel down the wall so Lara hangs just above the waterline. Run back and forth along the wall. |
When you have enough momentum, run to the left, release [circle] and blind jump backwards. Grab the ledge of the platform. Pull up and walk around to the left. Climb the stone ledges on the back wall and grab the horizontal pole on the column. [cut scene] Lara's weight pulls down the pole mechanism inside the column. The underwater stone door opens as the mechanism comes down.

Jump into the murky waters. There is a treasure on the bottom of the pool in the small room. When you've retrieved it, swim out through the stone gate to the caves. On the way out, there's another treasure lying in one of the sandy floor areas. Pull the gear wheel [triangle] on the stone door when you reach it. Swim out the tunnel to the open seas. |
Swim up to the surface. Lara finds herself back out by the cliffs where we first started. Her yacht is still there just offshore. Swim over to your yacht. Don't worry about the sharks. Climb onto the back deck. [movie sequence] Lara grabs her laptop and goes to the front of the cabin and starts the engines. She tells Zip and Allister that she found out that her father was here some time ago. |
[movie continues] Her father purposedly destroyed the Norse map showing the locations of Thor's other relics. He obviously feared that Natla was going to try to steal and assemble all the artifacts to usher in the end of the world (7th age). Lara believed her father hid the other gauntlet and the map, right under our noses all this time. I'm returning home. |
