Make sure your flashlight is on. Load your pistols and walk up the stairs. This place is covered with spider webs so you know what that means? Kill the swarms of spiders as they come crawling down the walls and across the floor. Shoot the spiders as red targets appear. Stay vigilent! There's lot of them. Around the corner, pick-up the healthpack and kick the vase for another treasure. Don't go up the stairs just yet! |

Just to the left, around the corner from the first treasure is a small cave-in down a short hall. Pick-up the treasure. Now walk up the final long set of stairs to the open chamber. [movie sequence] Lara walks into the run-down secret study. There's a wooden desk straight ahead. Lara walks up to the desk and pushes the play button on the tape recorder. It's Lara's father. He is happy and dismayed to know that Lara is the one listening. Richard explains what has happened. |

[movie continues] Lying on the desk, is a map of the Norse underworld with the locations of the other Thor artiacts. Richard said he had to destroy the original map in Thailand to keep Queen Natla away, to prevent her completing her plans to start the 7th Age, destroying the world. Next to the map lies Thor's other gauntlet. Lara touches it, dissolves the glove and places the gauntlet on her wrist. |

[movie continues] Richard explains that picking up the gauntlet will awaken my undead pets, Thor's tiger thralls! The camera pans away to a skeleton creature like a tiger, pouncing down from one of the columns. A second tiger jumps in from below. Load your pistols or assault rifle and start shooting when you get a red target. If you can, jump to the ledge of a nearby column and stand up. Shoot them from the ledge. |

Once they both go down in a hail of bullets, quickly jump down and approach a thrall. They aren't dead! This is just temporary. They awaken again and you have to shoot them again til they fall down. To kill a thrall, you have to jump on them [triangle], once they go to sleep. The force of Lara's weight, will break the skeleton, releasing the Eitr energy (blue haze) they have lived on. |

Once all is quiet, we're going to explore for a treasure. Go to the small stone column. It glows in Thor's blue energy as you approach. Use your gauntlet hand and move the column to the far side of the room between the 2 tall columns. Release your grip and jump to the top of the column. Jump across to the top of the tall column (where the 1st thrall was sleeping). Jump across and grab the balcony ledge. Pull-up and pick-up the treasure. |

Climb back down to the lower floor level. Use the guantlet and move the column to the other side of the desk. Jump to the top and then to the broken beam on the column to the left. Drop down on the right side of the beam and shimy around the column to the right. At the back of the column, lean back and blind jump to a small ledge along the back wall. Pick-up the treasure. Run jump back across to the column and grab the ledge. |

Shimy around all the way to the left out along the broken beam. Climb up on top of the beam and face the next column. Jump and grab the column ledge. Shimy around to the right til your back faces the tunnel hole in the back wall. Blind jump backwards to the tunnel. [cut scene] As Lara walks into the tunnel the gauntlet loses power and fades. She thinks that maybe Thor's belt is what I need? It must be the piece that sustains the energy. |

Walk up the mine tunnel. The tunnel twists to the left and right but there are no obstacles. On the last section, look for the vase on the right. Kick the vase for the last treasure. Run up the tunnel to the lit exit door. Pull the lever in the electrical box on the right wall [cut scene] The electricity sparks to life and the stone wall recedes and opens. Walk through the door. Return to the manor. |

[movie sequence] The next section is identical to "Prologue". Lara is in the basement. There's a loud explosion and the back wall caves in. The corridor erupts into flames. Run down the halls staying away from the burning debris. Climb the ledge and run up the steps to the door. Pull the electrical switch on the right. Lara's now in her bedroom (what's left of it). Climb over the debris and use the grapple to open the door. |

The exit erupts in a fireball as the door is pulled away from its hinges. Walk through the door into the burning hallway. Jump to the far wall and shimy left. Drop down one ledge, then lean left and jump to the other side of the floor. Find the crate and push it against the far wall. Climb on top of the crate and grab the ceiling molding. Shimy to the right, jump the gap and drop down by the exit door. The floor gives way. Jump the gap to the main hall. |

Run down the hall to the end. Use your grapple and swing across the front staircase to the far upper hall. Find the gap in the railing and sfety drop down to the mian floor. [movie sequence] Lara runs up to Winston and Zip who are trying to escape the flames. Zip pulls his gun and starts to shoot at Lara! What are you doing!! Zip screams YOU did this!! You were just here! Lara denies being there. She wants to see the security camera footage. |

When gameplay returns, Lara is by the control room. The only way in is through the top. Go to the fireplace. Climb up the front right pillar. Shimy around the stone ledges of the fireplace and jump up to the ceiling ledge. Shimy all the way around the right til you're over the upper balcony. Drop down. Go to the end of the hallway. Jump to the horizontal pole on the glass wall. Pul-up on top and grab the glass casement. Climb over the top. |

[movie sequence] Lara drops down into the computer room and runs to the security station. She looks at the monitor for clues but then looks up and sees a silohette of a figure walking through the flaming debris up to the glass. NO IT CAN'T BE! As she looks closer she sees it's identical to her.. a doppleganger. WHAT THE HELL? Lara's double matches every move that Lara makes. They get into a fight but Lara's double is fast and strong. |

[movie continues] Lara breaks free from the doppleganger but she dodges all of Lara's gunfire as if it's childsplay. Then in a flash with no hesitation, Lara's double turns to see Allister nearby and shoots him point blank. Allister falls. Lara screams! The doppleganger smiles and leaps away over the debris and flees the manor. Lara runs over to Allister's aid, pleads with him to hang-on and stay alive, but it's too late. He dies on the floor in her arms. |

[movie continues] Outside, Zip & Winston are in the courtyard graden. They see the doppleganger escape the manor and run away. Then they see Lara come out with Allister on her shoulders. They ask what this is all about? Lara guesses that Natla & Amanda sent the double. Zip says she got Amanda's wraith stone from the vault. Lara says she has to go and find Thor's belt and hammer to kill a God! Zip can't beleive she's leaving? |
