This level has a new enemy... the dreaded indestructible Minotaur. The only way you can beat him is to cage him or trap him. No point wasting ammo trying to kill him. This level is still darkly lit, but it seems more maneuverable than the last level. Be careful of deep pits on the motorcycle. You can't cross them just yet.

Ride the motorcycle down the hill, then right. Run over the guard and dismount under the balcony. Walk into the enclosed courtyard hall on the right. There are some goodies behind the pillars along the side walls. Walk through the north gate and then to the left (west). Meet Mr. Minotaur. He is guarding a wheel that you will need to get to later. Draw the Minotaur into the courtyard and run to the entrance where you came in. Climb the left block, turn around and jump to the opening above the arch. From there, jump left to the crevice & pull-up by the ledge.

It's so much fun watching the Minortaur run around like he has no place to go, while you swing overhead to safety. It feels good to deceive him. Jump to the pillar ladder, work your way around, and get up to the roof where you can throw the switch to close the doors, locking in the Minotaur. From there, run jump to the protruding ledge and use the rope to swing first to the east ledge. Peg the 2 flying beetles. You will have to safety drop to the floor with the Minotaur, then back track again, from the block, all the way to the roof switch.

Use the rope and swing to south ledge. This requires a perfectly timed rope swing and jump. On the ledg take care of the sniper, grab the revolver ammo then jump through the hole down the slide to the street. Jump on the motorcycle and jump the pit (hug the left side at full throttle). Drive to the end of the line. Dismount. Sprint down the street (don't look back)... You have about 5 seconds before the Minotaur busts through the door. Climb on the platform and turn the wheel 4 times. This opens a gate just ahead of you on the right. Climb through and up the ladder. Every time the Minotaur slams his hammer weapon on the ground, Lara will fall off the wall ladder. Make sure you use the ladder edge so Lara dangles her feet while she climbs.. LEVEL ENDS up top.
