OK, we're back again in the temple. We come out the canal by the underwater pools where we placed the first canopic jar awhile ago. So, the first order of business is to insert the second canopic jar in the other doorway. Now the ceremonial bowl tips and spreads some magic dust on the water... *poof*... Re-enter the large reflecting pool area with the statue. You can now walk on water!! (tried to swim but stood up.. interesting sensation but weird)

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST SPECIAL EFFECTS OF THE GAME. To walk on water and to look down is very cool. This gives you access to the statue in the other room. Behind that statue is a hallway leading to an open courtyard with a big pool. Watch out for the 3 crocs that are eagerly awaiting you. Jump down carefully with shotgun loaded. Plug away at them as soon as you land. You may need to run and shoot to keep a good distance from them. The obelisks here are charged with some sort of static electricity. Note the blue arc up top.

Between the 2 obelisks is a caged platform holding a key and another artifact that you need. Release the cage by swimming under the obelisks through the crawlway, to a room with a wall button. The cage lifts up. Grab the artifacts and backtrack all the way to the upper halls via the crawl ledge back by the ceremonial bowl and the canopic jars. Back in the pillar hall you're greeted by 6 security guards who are looking for you. The shotgun is fast and efficient on these guys. You can access the roof of the pillared hall from here for more ammo.

There are no locked doors here and the artifact is marked Hypostyle key, so I would imagine it's time to move on back to the Hypostyle Hall. Go to the center hall area on the right and exit through the grey door. LEVEL ENDS.
