The next set of levels are actually one gigantic complex that is linked together. The 1st area is the temple common, which is made up of 3 halls and a series of connecting underground water passageways. You need to brush-up on holding your breath underwater and working on finding things in low-light. Use the compass.

In the east, is a large pillar hall that you access through a break in the retaining wall. Inside, are 2 dry water pools on either side of a central staircase. Inside the pool pits are goodies (and 4 scorpions). Along the back wall above a platform, is a push switch, that opens the grey door in front of the stairs. Inside the little room with the grey door, is a switch, that lowers the sacrifice bowl pedestal to a lower level. Monkey-bar across one of the pits to get to the back wall. There are secrets around the hall. Don't go down to the lower level yet.

On the west side of the main square are 3 door arches. The far left arch leads to dead-end. Through the 2nd hallway, there's a hole in the floor off to the left, that you can crawl through, to a set of treasure chambers lined with pots (and more scorpions). Blast all the pots and get the loot. Backtrack to the main square. Don't forget that on the roof area of this section, are more rewards. Climb the blocks from the back wall in the 2nd archway. Be careful when you jump from roof section to section, because the fall will be fatal [look at the photo here].

At the end of the north set of halls is a very deep waterwell. As you appraoch the edge of the resevoir, Lara's camera auto-pans, up to the right. Before you go down, climb up top. Pull the 2 wall levers, opening the gates. Grab the canopic jar artifact. Safety drop down. You need to swim through an opening 3/4 down and then pry open a door, giving you access to all the underwater chambers. Do this in one breath then resurface. Go back down, swim down the passageway and retrieve all the goodies. There's an air vent up on the left, about half-way along. Look up to see it.

Return to the east pillar hall and drop down to the lower level where the pot rests. Insert the canopic jar in one of the recessed shelves inside the doorways. The door in the north hall opens... You'll be back here again sometime with a 2nd canopic jar (obviously). You can't access the island statue in the big underwater reflecting pool, just yet, because as soon as you try to swim towards it, the current will drag you back. Best to leave through the crawl ledge on the upper left by the 2 doorways. You come out in the courtyard in front of the pillared hall. Jump through the crack in the retaining wall and return to the grey door on the right in the north hall which is now open. LEVEL ENDS.
