Walk down the cave. Look left [X]. Go in the small hole and pick-up bronze reward 7/9. In the next cave with the floating ice blocks, look to the ceiling. Load the SMG machinegun. There's an explodable target hanging from the roof of the cave. Shoot the block. It will drop to the water. This is your connecting block to the other side. Jump over the ice blocks to the archway. Avoid the water.

In the next section of cave, Lara comes across an underground river. This is not for swimming! You may want to use your Personal Light source to see what's coming. Wait and watch for floating ice blocks. They will continue to float past carried by the river current. Jump from block to block to block and move your way up the river channel.

Up the channel there's a small stone wall on the left bank of the river. If you're brave, just jump in the icy water and swim across to a ledge and pull-up. You'll only lose a bit of health. It's alot faster than trying to jump on the blocks. Grab silver reward 5/6. Wait for a ice block to drift by, and jump across to the tunnel on the other side of the river. Walk through the doors and up the steps.
