[movie sequence begins] Takamoto is in his solarium. He is hiding up on the 2nd level. Lara would like a repayment for saving his life by streamlining his precious inventory of this sword fragment. Takamoto says this is his most prized possession and believes it to be far older than the 11th century magician Knight of the Round Table, who had it last. |

[movie sequence continues] Takamoto wields his sword and it shoots a green plasma blast across the floor. OK. So this isn't going to be easy? Lara has to avoid the energy bursts at all costs. It will suck the health out of you. There are also gun turrets on the 1st floor. Run for cover! Go behind any statue and find a pole. Climb to the upper level. |

Load the assault rifle. Get close enough to Takamoto that Lara gets a red lock-on target ring. Fire as many shots as you can until he moves out of range. Watch his health meter in the upper right. When he shoots a plasma burst from his spear, make sure you shield yourself behind a statue or jump to avoid injury (if you can). Keep firing away until he gets woozy and stands still. Finish him off from close range. |

[movie sequence begins] Nishimura arrives with a helicopter and drops a ladder to get Lara out of the penthouse. She is grateful for his assistance. Zip breaks in and asks Lara... did you see what that thing can do? Lara says... yes... He tells Lara they located Rutland in Africa, and does she want to go after him... Lara says absoutely! |
