As Lara enters the temple, it gets a little dark. Light up the place and use the PLS [light source]. Go around the corner to the pool in the floor. The rushing current won't let you swim across and the first rope is a bit too far to reach. Use the RAD binoculars and find the raft. Use your grapple and pull the raft to the stone floor next to you. Jump on the raft and then jump to the rope. Jump to the second rope then jump to the far stone floor. |

With your PLS still turned on, walk around the corner to the left and up the steps. Load your assault rifle. Activate the lock-on target [L1] and look for the sniper in the next room, past the arch. Once he gets close, the target will light-up. Take him down before he even sees you. Go down the hallway and then to the left. Pick-up his ammo clip and healthpack. |

Around the corner, a scary looking trap. At the end of this hallway, there's a metal gate. It is locked. Load the RAD binoculars. The gate is part of a mechanism. Right by Lara, there's a pressure plate in the floor. Stand on the plate. The gate at the end of the hallway opens. Jump off the pressure plate. The metal gate starts to close (on a slow timer). The trick is to sprint past the spears and roll through the gate before it closes. |

Inside the next cave, duck for cover behind the wooden crates. Load the assault rifle. There are soldiers everywhere. More important, there is a soldier on the upper ledge who is operating a machine gun on a tripod. You definitely don't want to be anywhere near him. Run out from the crates and take down all the soldiers you see. If you can, look for the explodable hazard under the rock ledge and blow-up the area. It will even the odds. |

Once the coast is clear, walk around the area and load-up on ammo and healthpacks. load the RAD binoculars and point to the waterwheel along the wall. The mechanism seems to be jammed. One of the columns is jammed. The other column looks to be fragile. The other waterwheel is dry. The waterwheels seems to be connected to the spear traps, like the one we just passed through. Climb the steps to the upper stone ledge. |

Look for the machine gun on the tripod. Interact [triangle] with the machine gun. You will see a new smaller red target ring. Use [R1] to fire. Aim for the tall column by the waterwheel. Fire away until the column collapses. A cut scene shows the column falling and knocking the other broken column away from the waterwheel. The waterwheel starts to turn.Walk down off the stone ledge to the left. Pick-up bronze reward 3/5. |

Walk to the platform by the waterwheel. Watch for the spear poles as they roll past. Grab one of the spears and hang-on til the wheel is more then halfway up the far side. Swing on the spear then jump to the dangling rope. Shimy up the rope and jump to the far ledge with the spotlight. Go right. Use the grapple and pull the gondola towards you. Jump to the gondola. Use the grapple and pull the gondola to the far ledge. Jump off. |

The gate to the next hallway is blocked. The waterwheel along this wall is idle and needs to be activated. The only way to do this is to go up into the higher caverns and get the water flowing. Jump to the spears on the waterwheel. From the last spear jump to the broken stone ladder. Climb up. Way up! |
