Return to the streets from the training level, to start the adventure. Down the alley and then to the right is the main square with the fountain. Time for our first piece of action. The music gives you a hint.

As soon as you enter the open courtyard, a Doberman comes running at you. Take him out with your pistols. To the right is another alley. At the end is a wall block with a large face mask. Walk up to the face and stick Lara's hand in the mouth. This lifts a wrought iron gate near the start of the level where there is another wall block with the same face mask. Return to that face mask and again put Lara's hand in the mouth. This activates a block that comes out of the wall that Lara can climb.

At the same time, a flock of bats comes out of the mouth and attacks Lara. All you can do is outrun them. This only takes a bit of health from Lara. Use a small med-pack to recharge. Climb the block that is now in the alley. Get the medpack on the small ledge then jump to the balcony with the pillars. Climb the stairs through the room with the red furniture and out the balcony. Cross the catwalk to the next building. Jump down, shoot out all the windows and grab all the goodies on the sills.

Down the stairs below, another Doberman waits for you. Open the blue doors at the end of the room, and another Doberman comes out. Take care of business, grab the medpack and return the last window half-way up the stairs. Jump across the alley to the hall and turn to the left. Up top in the attic is the golden key. This opens the iron gate in the courtyard by the fountain. Return to the hall and walk up to the balcony. Jump to the awning in the courtyard, grab the flares, then jump down.

Another Doberman comes from behind. Using the golden key, stand in front of the keyhole to the right of the gate and [use] the key from your inventory to open the gate. Enter the courtyard with the palm trees SLOWLY, and draw your pistols. As soon as you enter, Larson will shoot at you from the overhead balcony. Shoot at him until he runs away. Grab the medpack in the corner, then cross to the other side of the courtyard. To the left, there's a ramp with blocks. Grab the 1st garden key.

Climb the stairs and at the top draw your pistols. Larson is standing on the other side of the tightrope. Fire your pistols repeatedly at him until he falls. Lara will take some damage, but a large medpack can fix that. Might as well use all of them up, because Lara's inventory doesn't carry over to the next adventure. Walk the tightrope to the other side then climb down through the balcony opening to the next street area. Go left to the end of the main street.

At the end, turn right down the tunnel. In the 1st room to the left grab the ammo. At the end of the tunnel, run up the stairs, grab the revolver, then up the ramp to the blue doors. Using [action], open the doors to the wine cellar.
Inside, grab the gun lasersight on the left, then [combine] the lasersight with the revolver from inventory. At the end of the room is a wooden gate with a lock. Using the revolver and lasersight, blow the lock off the gate and retrieve the 2nd garden key.

Run from the rats. Work back to the main street. At the very end, turn left to the courtyard with the 2 palm trees. Insert the 2 garden keys in the wall orifices on either side of the gate. This opens the other set of gates to the left. Go in through the gates. [movie sequence with Larson and the cowboy].

From the portal gate, go through the right passageway to the upper level with the temple and the overhead bell. Use the revolver with the lasersight and point directly at the bell. A good shot will ring the bell, opening a door up on the left. Climb the stairs on either side and by the pillars at the back of the temple, pick up the shotgun shells and another lasersight. If your adventurous, you can jump to the roof tops and work your way to the back corner for another medpack but it's not necessary.

To the right is a hole in the wall. From there, Lara can jump across the street to the opening in the far wall. Don't worry about the bats that swarm you. Reach into the face mask in the back wall and pull the switch. This opens another door by the pillars. Before returning to the pillars at the temple, do a safety drop down to where you originally picked up the revolver. The room with the wooden gate is now open. The 2nd SECRET is in the room. Now backtrack to the temple pillars up top.

The chamber at the back of the temple has 2 bird statues on pedestals. Off to the left is a hallway. At the end is a wall switch. When pulled, the camera moves back to the bird, that explodes its casing. Go back to the main room stand beside the bird statue and using [action] turn the pedestal. This activates the overhead wooden ram and opens a door on the other side. Up top, watch out for the swinging ram. Safety jump down the ledge, shimy across, and pull the switch for the other bird.

Once the second bird pedestal has been turned, a second door opens underneath the temple. Before you go down, explore the 2 alcoves that just opened (where the bats were). Get the 3rd SECRET. NOW, walk down the ramps and retrieve the saturn stone. The movie sequence starts. LEVEL ENDS.
