Landing on the platform, jars the wooden bridge loose, leaving behind a horizontal bar. We may need that later. Go inside the tunnel. Crouch through the small gap on the right to a larger room. Watch for the charging bear. Run backwards with pistols drawn, shooting at the bear. Crouch back through the small gap in the tunnel. The bear won't follow but he stays there trying to get at Lara. From a safe distance take care of business.

Once the bear is gone, climb the wooden and stone structure on the left. Grab the 50 calibre shells up top. From the wooden platform look down to the right. There's a small alcove [X] with a glow. That's artifact 1/2. To get to it, go the edge of the wooden platform. Run left along the edge. Jump to the inclined wood ramp. Immediately, jump back and grab the stone ledge behind you. Shimy to the left. Leap to the alcove for your reward.

Climb back up the stone and wood structure to the top platform. Take a running leap to the stone wall at the top of the cave. Shimy to the right, and jump up to the next ledge. Lean back and jump to the point on the wooden pole. If need be use [triangle] to steady Lara on the point (will need to after 3-4 seconds). Jump to the next pole point then to the opening in the far wall. Pull up and slide down to the next cave. Walk down to the next section.

Grab the box of shotgun shells. The next area is a deep pit. If you fall, you die! Jump to the wooden incline
ramp [1]. Slide down halfway then leap to the wall ledge [2]. Shimy to the right, lean and jump to the small wooden platform [3]. (I think this is a glitch... I couldn't pick-up the shotgun shells here). Jump to the horizontal bar [4] then swing to the far wall ledge. Pull-up to the stone floor and walk to the right to the next pit section.

Jump to the wall ledge on the right. Shimy around to the left. Lean back and jump to the wall ledge on the other side of the pit. Shimy to the right and jump down. Grab the large medipack. Watch for the 2 flying bats that seem to come out of nowhere. If you're feeling brave, you can go on a small detour for another large medipack. Not a bad idea being that you're going to face the T-Rex momentarily. It's in a wall alcove down here [X].

Walk down the cave tunnel. It's a long way. It's starts to get very misty and the greenery is hindering your sight as to what's around the corner. At one point, the floor breaks away and Lara slides down a ramp to a lower tunnel. Walk out the tunnel to the valley. Get ready! You're not alone! I STRONGLY suggset you have pistols or shotgun loaded and ready.

As you walk out, 3 raptors come running from the left. Start to fire as soon as your target ring is red. The raptors stay bunched together like a pack, so stay with one if you can. Keep running backwards and in a circle while firing. If you get an adrenalin attack from a raptor, just dodge his bite and keep shooting. After these 3 are done, 3 more raptors come out. Take care of business.

Now comes the bad part! [movie sequence begins] There's a load thud in the ground and suddenly Lara sees a number of raptors scattering for cover like mice. Around the corner, comes a lumbering T-Rex, and he's mad. He growls at Lara with full teeth and chomps at a few raptors in the process. Ok. It's time to fight the T-Rex one-on-one.

Taking down the T-Rex will take some time, but is not impossibly difficult. The secret is to have the T-Rex inflict damage on himself during adrenalin rage, by bashing his head into walls and those spike drums. Shooting at him continuously doesn't hurt either, but does minimal damage. Shoot at the T-Rex til he goes into rage mode and then lure him into a wall.

Watch your health. Don't be afraid to use 1-2 large medipacks if need be. He'll chomp at you a few times. Once his health meter gets down to zero, follow the button action sequence. The T-Rex runs off towards the temple and bashes his head against a stone column. The column breaks apart on his head, killing him. Before going into the temple, scronge around the valley for 2 small and 1 large medipacks. Health restored!
