Prince Tortiss wants Spyro to safely escort the 3 young turtles to the King who happens to be at the exit portal. At each gate entrance there is a box turtle which when flamed, will obey you (after a little maneuvering)
and move onto a large button which holds the gate open to let you and the babies through.

Swimming is the order for this level. Being that you are with turtles, what did you expect? Be careful of frogmen with harpoons. They are usually hanging around the water tunnel exits or entrances. When you surface, you can tread water and flame them effectively. The construction workers holding the big ducks, can be flamed (but you need to flame twice) and don't get too close. That shovel he his holding has a very long reach, which bonks you when you least expect it. In the opening area to the right, there are ledges in the upper ares with gems.

The headless security guards carrying the electric shock sticks have to be head-butted. Tackle them from the side or they will electricute you. There is a stubborn box turtle which has to be led up a long narrow ramp by repeated flames before he rests on the button that opens the last gate, where the exit portal is. Over on the right, in the final open area, there are gems that can only be reached be climbing, so remember where Spyro will have to return to, later in the game. Don't forget to scronge around the pool areas to collect gems floating on the bottom. |

The first orb challenge is from Advisor Gromit. You need the nearby superflame power-up to explode the boxes and free all the turtles. This takes 3-4 power-ups to open all 7 boxes. The other 2 orbs are atop the ladder where the Chef challenges you. 1 orb is awarded for saving 5 turtles from the soup couldron, the second orb, saving 15 turtles.
