Time for some flying lessons. Bentley warns Sly that the dogfight is not going to be a cake-walk. Eventhough Team Iceland and Team Belgium will be distracted trying to blow each other up, there are still other teams that will be gunning for him. Controls are straight forward. The LEFT analog stick will steer the plane up and down and left to right. The flying simulator is realistic (for a game).

The flying area is quite large but is LIMITED TO THE ARENA INSIDE THE LIGHT POLES. There are environmental effects like clouds and smoke, that you'll have to fly through. The object of this battle is to knock-out 24 planes. Use your machine gun to fire on the planes. Your machine gun has a medium to long range, but has to be targeted with precision. The planes will duck and weave as you try to shoot them down. Best to follow and attack from behind. Keep firing til a plane blows up.

The machine gun has to be reloaded every once in awhile. The ammo cartridges are located in the valleys under bridges. There is unlimited supply of ammo, but you have to go get it. Fly the plane down to the ground under the birdge and fly through the cannister to reload. Continue on your assault again. The more planes you shoot down, the more agressive the planes will become. They will start to fire back. Again, do your best to sneak up from below or from above.

As the competition starts to thin-out, the planes will be HARDER TO CHASE AND HARDER TO FIND. To finish the competition, Sly will have to shoot-down 24 planes (basically everything in the sky). The bi-planes are especially tough, because they can turn much quicker. Use your common sense, and shoot at them whenever they're flying straight. JOB COMPLETE.
