[Movie sequence begins]. Bentley explains the next part of the mission. He needs Sly to steal a wire-tap and voice modulator from storage rooms around town. Sly will then have to break-in to the basement of Neyla's secret HQ, and install the parts to activate the transmission dish on the roof. Bentley is going to attempt to copy Neyla's voice and then transmit new commands to her military tanks, without her knowing about it?

To break into the storage rooms, Sly has to first pickpocket 2 keys from nearby vulture guards. Of course these vulture guards travel together, and will be watching each other's back, making things a little tougher. You're going to need to use the alarm clock diversion to DISTRACT ONE GUARD AWAY from the other, so you can pickpocket him, without alarming the other. Once you're finished pickpocketing one, use your high voltage cane attack and silently eliminate them.

It will be easier to pickpocket the second guard once he's on his own. Just stay out of his sight and sneak up behind him. With the 2 keys in your possession, load the binocucam [R3] and locate the storage room. Work your way across town, to the location blue bullseye target. The first door may take awhile to get to, because it's way up in the tall towers. Once you find the connecting bridge, take care of the local security (sleeping nearby), go across and unlock the door.

Inside the room, MORE TROUBLE! Security is everywhere (all sleeping mind you!) As you walk into the room, all the werewolf guards wake up and start to attack. Keep our cool and whack away with your cane. You may want to single out 2-3 guards and if you have it, use the insanity attack [R1] (fun to watch). Once you knock-out a guard with this insanity move, when he wakes up again, HE'LL START ATTACKING HIS OWN GUARDS. You can stand and watch the mayheim.

I was surprized how long the insansity lasted, but you need to whack more than one guard for it to work real well. In this room, infecting 3 guards with the insanity whack did a good job. You can climb and jump to the overhead chandelier and watch from above? Once the action has died down, and you have 1 guard left, go down and finish him off. Approach the back wall. MAKE NOTE: Here's the combo vault for the mission. Grab the voice modulator. Go back outside.

SLY'S UPGRADE STRATEGY: You cannot BUY the insanity upgrade move from THIEFNET? You have to acquire and configure this move, by breaking into at least 3 combo vaults from previous missions. I strongly reccomend you go back and get it.

Bentley breaks-in and tells Sly he's located the wire tap and the guards with the keys. He's uploaded the data to Sly's binocucam. The first guard is patrolling a tower bridge. As he patrols, sneak up behind him and pickpocket the 1st guard, right on the bridge. Power slam him in to the bridge. The 2nd guard is tricky to get to. He's patrolling a small balcony ledge. His patrol route is very short so you have to be quick. Jump down behind him, sneak up and pickpocket him.

Once you have both keys, find the bullseye target for the storage room. The entrance door is in the main town square. Use the nearby roof to get close, then jump down, unlock the doors and enter. This area is patrolled by elite vulture guards. The guards don't move. To get by them, Sly will have to distract them away from their post. Use the alarm clock and toss it to the right of the guard. While he runs to look at the clock, toss another alarm clock to keep him there.

You don't need to kill him. Just sneak by him and run down the passageway. In the next chamber another vulture is standing guard. Same routine. Throw an alarm clock to the right, to distract the guard. You can crawl under the rack of swords blue sparkle lights on the left (which may take too long), or you can hop over the spiked floors, sneak behind the guard and use your high voltage attack to take him down. Go to the back of the room and grab the wire tap.

Now with both pieces in hand, Sly has to pickpocket 2 more vulture guards to get access to the basement of Neyla's HQ. The 2 vulture guards are patrolling together by the cemetery. Again, use an alarm clock to lure one of the guards away from the other. Hide for cover when he comes looking. After he turns around to return to the cemetery, sneak up behind and pickpocket him for the 1st key. Take him down with the voltage attack so the other guard isn't alarmed.

Pickpocket the 2nd key from the other guard. Go back across town, and ride the canal boat over to the other side of the river. Jump out on the lower walkway. Look for the bullseye target under the bridge. Look for the blue sparkle lights along the bottom of the stone wall. Crawl through the drain pipe to the inner tunnel. Stand up inside the tunnel and unlock the basement door. Inside, the passageways are flooded with water. Spire jump to the overhead cables. Slide across.

As you slide across the cables, YOU'LL SEE SERPENT TENTACLES COME UP FROM THE WATER. They won't bother you as long as you keep moving. Avoid the electrical transformers at the end of each cable. Spire jump across the 3 cables to the stone archway. In the next chamber, werewolf guards are sleeping. Use your high voltage attack and take care of both of them. Go to the back wall, and wait for instruction from Bentley. [Movie sequence begins].

Sly attaches the voice modulator and wire tap to the cable in the wall. Bentley immediately gets a signal and is excited that this may work. He starts to talk into the transmitter. First you hear Bentley's voice over the load speaker, then a crackle, then Neyla's voice. HE DID IT! Bentley orders the tanks into Contessa's stronghold. They roll across the bridge into town. JOB COMPLETE.
