Welcome to Ruby's Lair. This is the final boss battle for the Voodoo Mission. Ruby is not going to go quietly. She taunts Sly and asks him if he has his mojo with him. She challenges him to a deadly game of Simon Says.

First things first! We have to get to Ruby. As she retreats, Sly is faced with crossing the cave which is acting like a voodoo alligator mouth. The overhead pillars are chomping like teeth, as they stomp up and down on the columns. Watch for the blue sparkle light and time a ninja spire jump across the nearest pointed column. Work your way across the cave until you reach Ruby. Jump down to the floor, avoiding the shockwave from her tail. Hit her with Sly's cane once and she disappears.

Now it's time to play Simon Says. Match the controller symbols in sequence as they pass by. The trick is to match the beat of the song drum as you press the correct controller keys. If successful, you'll keep advancing. Eventually, you'll reach Ruby standing on a high ledge. Jump down and confront Ruby. Again, watch for the shockwave coming from her tail. Whack her with Sly's cane again, and she disappears. Her health bar has gone down one notch.

Sly has to endure and advance through 3 stages of Sinom Says that get more difficult as you go. The controller sequences get more complicated and faster, the farther you advance. KEEP YOR COOL AND CONCENTRATE. It's not that hard? Again, at the end of every stage, jump down and face Ruby directly, avoiding the shockwave from her tail. Eventually she'll go down in defeat. MISSION COMPLETE.

As in other missions, the boss admits to defeat but warns that the fight is not over. Mz Ruby warns Sly about the Panda King and the fact that he may have survived this mission but won't last long. Of course, just after the dust has settled, Carmelita Fox shows up and arrests Ruby just as Sly and his team, disappear out of sight.
