[movie sequence begins] Terrador, Cyril and Volteer gather around the dream pool with Spyro. The news about Ignitus is not good. In his fight with Cynder to save Spryo, Ignitus had become weak and it is feared that he is now being held captive by Cynder deep inside her lair. Terrador knows that Spyro must now learn the most powerful spirit force to complete his dragon training, to be prepared to confront Cynder.

I didn't show this cutaway scene in the other training sessions, but it's still worth noting. When entering the dojo (the dragon temple), the statue twists and turns down into the floor, reveleaing the training arena. It seems to be a tradition rich in dragon history.

Terrador is the guardian dragon for earth powers. Earth powers are more like shock waves. The regular breath is like a concussion wave and does not involve sand or rock. The closest earth force I can think of would be wind force. The first set of exercises involves regular earth breath. It's quite different and transparent, and uses lots of spirit energy for really limited use. Not necessarily a great alternative, but maybe for larger enemies in close proximity.

The earth tornado [triangle] is exactly what it sounds like. Tossing an earth bomb creates an wind vortex around your enemy and traps him in a mid-air whirlwind. Makes it easy to melee combo them. The earth fury [R2] is a rock shower (not an earthquake?) that pulverizes all your enemies. Well, it's good to have all the training complete. Time to go confront Cynder.
