More electric sticks and guns!! The big blue guys fall pretty fast but you need to flame them before they point that ray gun. The little armored guys with the electric guns need to be charge head-butted. Note that the little guys will vaporize all of Sparx's food in the area (the sqwaking chickens), if you don't get to them fast.

Go through the entire open area, checking all the alleys and ledges. There are gems scattered and hidden everywhere. I counted 10 little armored guys alone. Work through the 2 rooms up the ramps and make your way up through the stone arch to the 1st dragon. SAVE GAME HERE. Beyond the arch, there are several very quick electric stick guys and now they have company to enhance security (or so they think). Notice all the silver gem chests. There are rockets to launch for each one. Try following the line of sight for each chest to locate a nearby rocket.

Some of the rockets are up high that Spyro can't get to just yet. We'll be back. Run the gauntlet and free the 2nd dragon. SAVE GAME AGAIN. There are so many ray guns being pointed and fired at you, it's always best to play it smart. It's also fun to look back from time to time to see how far you've come [left photo]. From here climb up the steps and work down the ledges to the back of the level. Catch the whirlwind and from the roof, scout the area. Glide to the left balcony first, collect all the gems and find the RETURN HOME vortex inside the room.

On the building across from the balcony, you can see steps leading way up to the top. Jump down and clean-up the lower area. Backtrack to the whirlwind when done. From the very corner edge of the roof, go straight ahead to the ledge. THIS REQUIRES A PRECISE JUMP GLIDE. Climb up the steps to the upper roof and look around. [left photo]. From here, glide past the building hugging the right wall, to a hidden platform. Now you have access to all those rockets and more goodies. Glide across to get the gems on the roof first before cleaning-up below, RETURN HOME.

There are 2 dragons to free in this level. Their wisdom is as follows:
CLAUDE = Reminds Spyro that the Gnorcs have electricity that really stings.
CYPRIN = Praises Spyro for doing so well releasing all the dragons.
