Spyro

Spyro sets foot on an open area similar to the Artisans Home World. Watch out for the guard rams. They are guarding all the hallways leading to different courtyards of the level. As you approach the ram, he will come and charge at you. Just flame him or headbutt him as he comes close. Make sure you don't get blind-sided by one.

Stone Hill 1 If you do get hit by a charging ram, you can always flame a sheep to restore Sparx. Go down the well in the first area. There are gems to be collected and a dragon to free. A whirlwind will bring you back up to ground level. Down one wall is another open courtyard with a tower in the middle and a wizard guarding the opening of a whirlwind. Approach slowly and flame him before he shoots his wand at you. At the top of the tower, free the dragon. You can jump-soar across to the open area to catch the little blue bandit thats laughing and teasing you.

Stone Hill 2 The little egg turbin bandit is very very fast. You have to go at full sprint around the upper level to catch him. Be persistent and don't let go of the sprint button. He will eventually cough up a treasured dragon egg for your collection. There are only 12 eggs in the entire game. You'll need all 12 to access the final world to battle Gnasty Gnorc. So... get used to chasing little blue guys. By the castle, there is a lower shoreline that's hidden. There's lots more gems down there and a key for a sliver gem chest. A whirlwind will bring you back up top. Return Home.

There are 4 dragons to free in this level. Their wisdom is as follows:

GAVIN = about Sparx changing colors to show different health levels.
ASTOR = using the RETURN HOME vortex to get back to the home world.
LINDAR = freeing dragons and using the statue pedestals for game saves.
GILDAR = teaches you how to glide, super glide, and hovering.
