Welcome to the 3rd home world. Another cold arctic area, but lots of magicians and funny-looking head-dress spell-binders. The little blue thief greets you immediately coming through the tunnel. Chase him down before he jumps up to the unreachable ledge. It may take 2-3 times to nail him running around the corner.

 |
Free the 1st dragon, head-butt all the spell-binders and explore the home world. You have to be fast to take out the magicians that are doing things like raising blocks and moving walls. Once you zap them, what they were doing stops, and opens up new areas in the home world for you to explore. Up top is a second blue thief and then up another ramp with floor arrows, to a 2nd dragon. THE LIT ARROW RAMPS ARE SUPER CHARGE LANES. Spyro can run down these ramps and then go into turbo mode and run like lightning, bull-dozing anything that comes along.

 |
The 3rd dragon is down the hall after you've used the super-charge ramp. Knock down all the spell-binders and clean out all the gems. WATCH OUT FOR THE GREY HAT LIGHTNING BADDIES. Up near Tuco the balloonist, you'll meet 2 of these guys. They pack quite a punch with their lightning bolts and you have to charge them when they least expect it. Restore Sparx using the local sheep running around. After exploring this world, you'll know where all the portals are now, including the bonus flight level.

There are 3 dragons to free in this level. Their wisdom is as follows:
COSMOS = Welcomes Spyro to the world and hints about "blue thieves" (meaning 2?) ZANTOR = Shows Spyro the new super-charge ramp with the directional arrows.
BALDAR = Explains the portals leading to the flight training levels.
