Time for the magic crafters home world boss. There are lots of these rain-cloud magicians around. They look depressed with rain falling on them. They do have a fast lightning bolt, and when they come in pairs, you have to flame or head-butt both of them super fast, or one of them will zap Spyro for sure.

This normally wouldn't be a problem, but in this level, there are no critters to restore Sparx's health. You have to make it through with only 3 chances. Not as easy as it may sound, considering the chances of being struck by lightning are very good. Once you make it through the gauntlet, the level boss confronts you trapped in a tornado whirlwind. Flame him, while in the air and he takes off into the cave. Follow him into the cave. There are 2 druids and 2 pedestals moving up and down. Time your jumps well and stop them moving.

Up top, to the right, is the only dragon for this level. This is a good point to SAVE GAME, just in case you miss the next series of jumps. Carefully time your next jumps and flame the druids as you go. Past the next 2 druids is a long wooden ledge. Clean up the gems, climb up the ledge to the right, and go around the white mountain all the way to RETURN HOME vortex. In some saved games, the Tornado boss is there standing on the circlular platform, other times he doesn't seem to be there. No matter.. 400 gems. I'm outta here.
