After finding out that Qwark is still alive but turned into a coward, and has left the planet to go to some secret hideout, Ratchet has to find a way back to his ship.

There's no nearby teleport pad to take us back to the shuttle pad. Load up with ammo at the Gadgetron Kiosk. We are obviously going to have to fight our way back to the ship? Load the Hypershot and activate the nearby butterfly pads leading across the canyon to the damaged observation tower. Jump across to the far island. New troopers warp-in on the left and right and run for cover behind the scrap metal. Load the Holo-Shield and make a shield right at the edge.

Load the Rift Ripper and fire 1 grenade to the right to take care of the 2 troopers hiding behind the metal baracdes. Quickly fire another grenade to the open area on the left and suck-in the troopers over there. Run back behind the shield, and load the Annihiliator. From the safety of your shield, take down the giant robo-noid flying in.

You don't have much time before the shield is vaporized by his gun fire. Clean-out the area and walk up the tower ramp. Your gravity boots will kick-in. With the Annihilator loaded, walk all the way up. More troopers warp-in near the top. Take down each troopers with 1 missle each. At the top of the ramp, go right. Jump over the electrical arc and watch-out for a giant robo-noid that flies in from below. Take him down with 3 missles at point blank range BEFORE he starts to fire.

Walk up the next metal ramp and take down the next wave of troopers that warp-in at the end. At the top of this section, go left. Another giant robo-noid is waiting to ambush you. Take him down with 3 annihilator missles. Jump over the electrical arc and then walk up the last metal ramp. More troopers warp-in at the end.

Fire away with your Annihilator once again. Don't worry about ammo. You should still have a few left. USE EM UP!! Jump to the top platform. This place is crawling with noids. Load the Rift Ripper and fire 2-3 grenades around the middle. Watch the carnage and destruction as all the noids and crates get zapped, explode and get sucked-into the black holes. AAMAZING!! Any left-overs can be taken care of with the Annihilator. The white disc in the middle of the platform does nothing???

OK.. where do we go from here? On the far edge of the platform, there's a suspended cable leading off into the distance. This is the way back to the ship. Walk underneath the cable and hit [X]. Ratchet grabs onto the cable and slides all the way down over the canyon, past the wrecked ship, to his shuttle pad. VERY COOL!! Jump back in the ship and head back to the Phoenix. Roboshack Al should be able to decipher the data disk from the escape pod. MISSION COMPLETE.
