To get to Part 4, Ratchet has to complete Part 3 which was taking down all the 4-eyed noid commanders and their squads in Red Rock Valley.

Operation Death Valley Part 4: Reclaim The Valley

To secure Red Rock Valley, the Galactic Rangers have installed automatic turret defense stations around the valley. Ratchet has to activate the turrets by locking down the floor crank bolts, powering up the generators for the turrets. Unfortunately, the noids found out about the turrets and are getting desperate to prevent anyone getting near them. They have installed 2 early warning swivel torpedo launchers around each station that will fire when you get close.

It's absoutely vital to take out the 2 swivel torpedo launchers first. Load the Annihilator and from a safe distance, undetected, zoom-in and fire 2 missles at each launcher. Once they're both destroyed, load the Rift Ripper or Mega-turret and clean-out the noids that are patrolling nearby. The immediate area needs to be clear of enemies before you can go and crank the floor bolt. If not, a noid may sneak up on you and attack while you're cranking the bolt. Power-up the turret.

Work your way around the perimeter of the valley, activating the turrets. When you come to the main bridge, watch-out for the torpedo launchers on either side. There are 2 turret stations, one on either side of the bridge. Load the Flux Rifle or Annihilator and away from the bridge, take down the swivel torpedo launchers. As you walk across the birdge, robo-noids will start to attack. Use a rift grenade or annihilator missles to get rid of them.

The area should now be quiet. The Rangers break-in and tell Sarge, one more to go, and we're done. Can we do this quickly, we're all getting anxious to get outta here? Before going to the last floor crank bolt, look under the main bridge. See that familiar glow? The sides of the bridge are metal ramps. Ratchet's gravity boots will kick-in. Walk along the underside of the bridge and grab the titanium bolt. Turn the last crank. Successful completion = 25,000 bolt NO REPEAT TRY.
