After a long fight and all the artillery turrets are destroyed, Ratchet find himself at the Spaceport. Right by the ship launch pad, locate and talk to the smuggler. Buy the gyro-cycle for 10,000 bolts. Asking him questions reveals that this cycle has been tweeked by Lombax technology. Go to the launch pad and step into the gyro-cycle. This machine is equipped with the latest in nano protection technology, so you won't fall out.

Ratchet is catapulted from the launch pad down into the lava tube network. Use your left analog stick to steer and accelerate the cycle. Down in the first room, steer the cycle and trip the 3 light pads. This releases the door to the next catapult pad. Steer onto the pad and catapult into the tubes. Run down the tubes and accelerate using the [X] power boost. Suck up all the loose raritanium along the way. Avoid the flame vents as best you can.

At the end of the first tube section, Ratchet is catapulted back into the sky and down another lava tube. Navigate the pipe avoiding the flame vents as you advance. In the first room, roll over the catwalk and out the right doorway. Don't roll off and fall to the lava pit below. Run down the long tube section, to the next room. Drop into the launch pad and catapult to the high balcony. Run through the wider section and out to another room with catwalks. Steer past the vents.

Accelerate down the last wide tube section, avoid the flame vents (and there are lots of them), and drop to the last launch pad. Ratchet is catapulted high into the sky and glides down to the far island. The gyro-cycle evaporates. Talwyn, Cronk and Zephyr are waiting. They've discovered a remote bunker which they think is storing the secret weapon. It has Lombax markings. Ratchet touches the wall.

Ratchet's Lombax touch, releases the gate to the bunker. Inside, a surprize. Not what they were expecting? A movie projector with a training video from the Lombax Research facility. Well at least they now know what the secret weapon is. It's called the Dimensionator. It allows the person who wears this crazy helmet, to travel through time. Considered to be the ultimate Lombax weapon. Talwyn takes off to find the research facility on Sargasso.

After the movie sequence is over, you can use the teleport pad out on the grounds, to get back to the Spaceport. Ride the gyro-cycle circuit again. Going through the lava tubes with no injury earns you Skill Point 25: Untouchable (10 pts). In addition, if you want to go for speed, get through the lava tubes in under 1:30 earns you Skill Point 24: Live Strong (10 pts).

Before leaving the area, go to the right to the area covered by low bushes. Whack all the crates, collect the bolts and look to the left [X]. Hidden in the bushes, right by the edge, grab gold bolt #14. Now go back to the teleport pad and return to the Spaceport.
