To get to the planet's surface, Ratchet Cronk & Zephyr all parachute from their ships. Avoid the heat seeker missles coming up from the ground. Right as you land, the firefight begins. Talwyn says that they must get into the buildings, which means taking down the forcefields. Not an easy task. 4-5 waves of Cragmite commandos drop down from transport ships. Use your Mag-Net Launcher exclusively on the robot commandos. Whack the fish/frogs left behind.

The Mag-Net Launcher only has 12 ammo to start, so RELOAD AMMO OFTEN from the nearby Weapons Vendor, or from the pop-up ammo crates in the middle. No matter what, STICK WITH THE LAUNCHER (it's worth a skill point). By the time the first battles were over, I already upgraded this weapon to V3. You can use the Launcher on the really big Imperial Guard walkers but the Negotiator worked just as well (won't affect skill point). Avoid their machine gun fire.

Once the fighting is over, Talwyn will order Cronk to go and blow the forcefield to the building on the left. We stand cover while Cronk lays the explosive. More commnados and warriors drop-in. Once the forcefield disappears, walk down the tunnel. Cronk, Zephyr and Talwyn start to fight the security inside the cannon control room. Of course their firepower just holds the shielded commandos at bay. Your Mag-Net Launcher does the job. Go inside the control room.

Walk over the 3 light sensor pads in the floor to disarm the security fence around the control panel. Once down, Cronk goes to the panel and starts to override the controls to get access to the large turret cannon on the roof. While he's working, go suck-up the bolts and raritanium on the floor. About half-way, Talwyn will say hurry-up! That's your cue. Run back down the tunnel out to the main battle courtyard. More commandos drop-in from transport ships.

Now we have to face Cragmite cyclone cannons and a new Cragmite enemy: the temporal shift warrior. This is a larger Cragmite (a mutant not a robot-mech). They appear, fire a few shots, then dissolve and reappear. The only way to nail them is to throw a Mag-Net on them just as they appear. The first Mag-Net won't kill them. You'll need 2 clean shots. Take care of business with the waves of Cragmites then make your way over to the other cannon control room.

Zephyr will lay the explosive charge to clear the forcefield. As it explodes more shielded commandos appear. Use the Mag-Net Launcher again. Off to the left, there's a small platform with a stack of crates [X]. Go to the edge by the control room tunnel and heli-glide over to the platform. Whack all the crates and grab holo-plan piece 11/13. Heli-glide back over to the main platform and go inside the tunnel with Talwyn and Zephyr.

Whack the bonus multiplier crate nearby and use the Mag-Net Launcher to take down the 2 cyclone cannons inside. Quickly go in the control room and whack everything for extra bolts and raritanium before the bonus runs out. Step on the 4 light sensor pads in the floor to take down the security fence. Zephyr will now go to work on the other cannon control panel. After awhile, Zephyr says he's got it and Talwyn runs outside. She yells at Ratchet to come with her.

[movie sequence begins] Cronk and Zephyr now manning the 2 roof cannons, go to work to take down the main forcefield to the Cragmite base. After a few minutes, the entire facade of the building explodes. Talwyn rushes up the main steps and begs Ratchet to hurry-up before reinforcements arrive.
