Ratchet arrives on a remote island on Snivelak. Go to the MegaCorp kiosk and load-up on anything you need. At this point, I chose to spend the 100,000 bolts to buy the Shield Charger. I only had about 10,000 bolts left over, but this defensive weapon is going to become your best friend. Whack all the crates and mushrooms for lots of bolts. Load the Swingshot, tarzan swing across the versa-targets, then heli-glide down to the next island. Inside, whack all the crates.

Swingshot over the next set of versa-targets to the small platform between the 2 buidlings. Whack all the nearby crates and mushrooms. Before going on, load the Heavy Lancer. Overhead, there are flying ships that pass between the 2 buidlings (like an expressway). Use the zoom auto-aim target ring and point into the sky. Peg 12 flying ships as they pass overhead. You will earn the Moving Violation skill point. It doesn't matter what kind of ship you peg.

Load the Swingshot again. Ahead is a blue versa-target. Launch the swingshot and pull down the grind rail. Jump on the grind rail and make your way down to the end platform. Whack the nearby crates then walk up the inclined ramp. We're now climbing the side of an energy transmission tower. Off to the right, is a hover switch. Load the Dynamo. Zap the switch. A revolving platform starts to move from right to left across the tower. Jump to the platform as it moves in front of you.

From the moving platform, zap the next hover switch with the dynamo. Quickly jump to the next platform, coming from left to right. Repeat this process until you get to the top of the tower. At the very top of the tower walk left. Look down to your left. You'll see, 2 attack helicopters sitting on a launch pad, ready to fly. As you walk towards the open runway section, the choppers will start to move up the runway (from left to right). The chopper blades are dangerous. No kidding!

Load the Vaporizer. Zoom-in with the target ring, right on the cockpit of the chopper. Fire one shot. The chopper will turn blue from the damage, but it's still moving. It's only been disabled. Fire a second shot. This will destroy the chopper. Fire 2 shots at the second chopper. THE COAST IS NOT CLEAR JUST YET! 2 more choppers materialize on the runaway. Repeat the vaporizer fire again. You only have to shoot down 1. All you need is a clear path to walk down to the bottom.

Once you're on the bottom and right side up again, walk along the pier to the very end. Whack all the crates and then approach the triangular power bounce pad. Stand on the pad and press [X]. Ratchet is catapulted over the lake to the bridge entrance. DON'T CROSS THE BRIDGE YET!! It's suicide unless you are prepared. Instead, go straight and whack only the mushrooms. DON'T whack the crates by the MegaCorp kiosk. You'll need the Nanotech health cubes soon enough.

Near the Armor kiosk, there's a small path. Up ahead on the right, is the wall of a building. You can see hover switches dotted along the wall. Up top on the roof of the building, there's a hangar bay. Inside that room there's a platinum bolt. Heli-glide down to the ledge along the base of the building. Load the dynamo. Zap the 1st switch. The platform will move up the wall. Heli-jump to the platform on the right. Heli-jump and in mid-air, zap the next switch on the right. The platform in front of you will invert right side up.

Quickly jump to the next platform before the wall switch stops and the platform inverts back to its original position. Should you miss, you fall back down to the base of the building. Start over if you have to. (You'll probably do this several times). Zap the next switch with the dynamo and move up the wall again. From the top quickly zap the next 2 switches and bounce off the pads. Jump to the hangar bay up top. Grab the platinum bolt inside.

From the hangar bay, heli-glide back down to the bridge area. Mission complete. Load up with everything you can at the nearby kiosk. GET READY FOR WAR!
