Once Ratchet has slid down the cable from the high balcony, we meet the Levitator Salesman. Movie sequence begins. The salesman uses every pitch in the book to sell you the levitator to get you into the MeaCorp games. Pay the outrageous 20,000 bolts and be done with him. Not like you have a choice? Ratchet and Clank take the assembly instructions (which are in Blargian) and tada! we have a Levitator attached to Clank.

To activate the Levitator, go to the small blue circular boost sensor in the floor. Press [x] and away you go into the air. The fuel tank is limited on the Levitator, so make the best of your short flight. First, go for a not too obvious platinum bolt. I did this quite by accident, just to see how high the Levitator would go? Fly straight-up from the Levitator pad. To the left, the roof dome of a building will come into view. A platinum bolt is hovering over the dome. Fly over and grab it.

Because the game auto-saved at a continue point, we return to life on the Levitator platform. Go to the blue sensor pad. Look up! Our target landing point, is the balcony way up at the center of the MegaCorp Arena. Ratchet will have just enough power to get up there. Fly up and forward in one motion all the way to the balcony. Heli-glide down once the Levitator evaporates. Mission complete. Time for some serious arena battles!
