[movie sequence begins] Ratchet walks out to the Pass. High up on a terrace balcony (another Guardian?) he sees someone. "Excuse me.. Do you know where I can find Allister Azimuth?" Allister senses an intrusion.. and hurls a plasma detonator grenade right at Ratchet. Just before it deploys, Ratchet whacks it away with his wrench. As it explodes against the cliff, Ratchet leaps to safety down to a grindrail.

As Ratchet grinds the rails chasing after the rebel, Azimuth will be yelling at Ratchet "You've lost the element of surprise. Killing me won't be so easy!" Ratchet just wants to talk to him. Azimuth is not convinced "LIES! You're here to assassinate me. Who sent you? Vorselon? Nefarious?" While on the grindrail, jump over the energy fences and over the gaps in the rail.
Use your left analog stick to switch rails before one rail ends.

Things start to get complicated as Azimuth starts throwing grenade bombs behind himm detonating sections of the rail, and blowing up junk transports. Grind across the steel girders and beams. STAY ON HIM! Ratchet pleads his case "Can you STOP trying to kill me for.. 2 SECONDS! so we can talk!" Azimuth is still defiant "You're starting to annoy me. Try THIS!" Eventually the rail will end. You're catapulted to a balcony.

[movie sequence] Ratchet looks around the balcony for Azimuth. With his guard down, Allister swoops in and takes his wrench spear, pinning Ratchet up against the wall. Allister "Now I got you!" Then the realization of who he is, settles in. "It can't be?.. you're.. you're Kaden's son? Forgive me! General Allister Azimuth. Four-bolt Magestrate of the Praetorian Guard and you.. my dear boy.. look just like your father!"

[movie continues] Ratchet's excited "I have so many questions. How did you know him?" Allister is now calm "Kaden and I were good friends. He was a Good Lombax. Smart as they come! He was the first outsider to theorize that the Great Clock even existed!" Ratchet asks "Do you think that's where my friend Clank is?" Allister states "The runes of Quantos specifially read "Keeper Of Time".. Yes.. that's where I suppose he is".

[movie continues] Allister explains further "You see, according to Fongoid folklore, the Zoni are the Guardians of Time. if your friend is connected to them in some way, he must play a part in its operation.. Now.. Where are those blasted things?" as he rummages through the chest. Ratchet slowly looks over all of his father's detailed drawings and notes about the Great Clock, pinned up on the wall.

[movie continues] Ratchet is confused "Wait! I thought my father was the only one to stay behind when the Lombaxes left?" Aliister is now resigned "Sometimes the universe has a cruel sense of humor".. and then he discovers Kaden's hoverboots. He hands them to Ratchet. "Your father's hoverboots! Ready for your 1st lesson?"
