After completing the waterworks area and surviving the rising flood, Rachet comes up the elevator leading to one of the city courtyards that was hidden before.

Off to the left, is another flashing floor grate. Trip the floor sensor and peg the 5 security soldiers that come running out from around the corner at the end of the hallway. This hallway connects to the main upper city courtyard where the hoverboard races were being held. You can always go back there and clean out some more crates and bolts. Go back to the other hidden courtyard and approach the trailer.

[Movie sequence begins]. Qwark's bodyguard stops you dead in your tracks. He refuses to let anyone get by him to get to Captain Qwark and thinks Rachet and Clank are just photo journalists looking for a story or scandal. But... He is easily convinced with a bribe. Pay the bodyguard the 2,000 bolts to get access to the trailer. Go up the steps inside the trailer.
[Another movie sequence begins].

Rachet and Clank finally get to meet Captain Qwark. Qwark praises Rachet for his superb work and explains that he is now a superhero like him. Qwark explains that Rachet and Clank have to now go through more training first and asks them to join him at his Head Quarters on Planet Umbris. A new infobot shows the ad for Qwark's training course. Time to go to Planet Umbris. All missions here are now complete. Take the hover-taxi nearby, back to the shuttle pad.
