After Rachet has safely brought the resort owner back to his garage, our next mission is to find Bob's RoboShack. Once we find Bob, Clank will be fitted with another much-needed upgrade (provided we have enough bolts to pay for it).

There's a reason why we need this upgrade for Clank? In front of the garage, there is a square power piston lock keeping the garage door closed. Rachet has to somehow find a way to ram this piston into the ground. Conventional jumping [R1+X] or hyper-jumping [R1+X+R1 in mid-air] is not enough. Clank's current Heli-Pack has no slamming power. We need some serious power to ram that piston. Bob has a Thruster-Pack upgrade for Clank that will do the trick.

You may have noticed, that after the resort owner finished talking, a doorway to another garage opened. If you look to the left around the other side of the circular pool, you'll see the entrance to Bob's RoboShack. There is no sign by the front door but it does look like a repair shop if you take a peek inside. Walk in and talk to Bob [Action sequence begins]. Bob explains the upgrade and how it can be easily done. Pay Bob the 2,000 bolts for the Thruster-Pack.

Clank now has a set of wings. Go outside and practice with the new Thruster-Pack. Ratchet can now jump a little higher [R1+X]. There is a new jump power-slam [R1+X+R1 in mid-air]. There is also a cool new move called a ground hover [R1+R1]. To stop the ground hover [R1+R1] again. Once you get comfortable with the Thruster-Pack, go over to the power piston, jump on top of the bullseye and power-slam. The piston will go down into the ground.
