Planet Orxon is a polluted industrial planet with no breathable air. When Rachet lands the shuttle pad, it becomes obvious that Clank will be the only one who can scout around for now. Clank's first mission is to search the laboratories.

One thing to remember at all times.. Clank has no weapons other then his own body!! Most of the crates are still breakable and Clank needs the Nanotech health spheres as much as Rachet, if he gets damaged. As Clank walks down the first tunnel, he discovers some new technology. This is a 2-way teleport node. Teleporters are always grouped in pairs. It allows any small robot to gain access to a higher or lower platform. Watch-out for the mutant frogs running around all over. One good swipe and they go away.

Clank can jump down to lower levels, but will need the teleport node to get back up. Down in the 2 rooms to the left and right, are 3 robots in stasis jars. Whack open all the jars, and transmit the Follow command. Lead the 3 tech-robots to the lower teleport node. Transmit the Enter command and the tech-robots will walk onto the teleport pad, vanish and instantly re-materialize on the upper platform, at the other teleport node. Clank can follow after.

With all 3 tech-robots following you, go to the tunnel door on the right leading to a brightly-lit cave. There in the doorway, is a mutant spider crab. OK. We know that Clank has no weapons and this enemy looks big. BUT.. transmit the Attack command to the tech-robots. They run ahead and destroy the mutant for you. Count your tech-robots after they are done. There is always a good chance one of them got damaged and had to return to his stasis jar for recharging.

Up ahead, is a tech-lock overhead door. This door will need 3 tech-robots to activate and open. Transmit the Enter command and the robots will go inside the small teleport door. As each tech-robot enters, the number display on the door will reduce by 1. Once all 3 are inside, the door will automatically lock open. The tech-robots used to open the door are now gone for good. Be careful how you use them because you may need them?

Walk down the next cave, take care of the mutant frogs and climb the steps on the left. Along the next access tunnel, watch for a mutant spider crab hiding in the right vent shaft. Make sure Clank walks by on the far left side of the tunnel, so he doesn't disturb him. Whack the 2 mutant frogs and then whack both tech-robot jars. Transmit the Follow command first, and walk back close to the mutant crab. From a safe distance, transmit the Attack command and watch the little guys take-down the mutant.

The large cave area has 6 tech-robots that need to be escorted to the next teck-lock overhead door. Down in the lower area there are 4 robots. Whack all the stasis jars and transmit the Follow command. Lead them up the ramp near the wall. Walk all the way around to the right to the 1-way teleport node and transmit the Enter command. All 4 will vanish and re-appear on the upper platform. Go back and get the other 2 tech-robots by the tunnel. Transmit the Enter command and all 6 go in, unlocking the door.

To get by the next cave section keeping all the tech-robots with you, Rachet requires a gameplan and strategy. The next series of locked doors have no numbers or teleport gates? They have to be opened from the other side. Climb the ledge on the right and drop to the other side of the door. In the floor, are pressure pads that will open a door once you stand on one. If you walk away, the door will close. Whack the 1 stasis jar nearby, transmit the Follow command to the tech-robot and lead him to walk over the pressure pad.

Once the tech-robot is in the right position, the floor pad will light-up and the door will open. Now we have to keep him here while we go get the 2 tech-robots on the other side. Transmit the Wait command. This will freeze the tech-robot to the pad for as long as you want, keeping the door open. Go back, whack the jars and bring the 2 tech-robots through the doorway to the waiting robot. Transmit the follow command and all 3 robots will follow Clank. The door behind you will close.

Lead all 3 robots to the next floor pressure pad. Transmit the Wait command and all 3 robots will stay on the lit pressure pad. Go through the now-opened door, and go get the tech-robot in the mechanical room in the corner. Have this 1 robot stand and wait on the pressure pad on the other side of the doorway. Walk back and get the 3 robots on the other pressure pad. Out of hearing range, transmit the Follow command to just the 3 robots and walk them through the doorway. Pick-up the 4th robot and move-on.

Lead the 4 robots to the 1-way teleport node and transmit the Enter command They are now safely up top by the next door. Clean-up all the crates in the room and teleport up to the door. Grab the 5th robot off to the left. Transmit the Wait command to all 5 robots and take the hydraulic floor platform on the right up to the access ledge to the next room. Jump down, clear-out all the red detonator crates blocking the doorway, and whack the 6th tech-robot to life.

Have the 6th robot follow Clank over the pressure pad which will open the far door. Transmit the Wait command to the one robot, and go through the opened door and transmit the Follow command to the 5 waiting robots on the other side. Beside the 1-way teleport node, transmit the Enter command. All 6 robots will vanish and appear up top by the door. Transmit the Enter command again and the door opens.

Before going into the central control room, bump into the red detonator crate on the left, and watch the whole wall of blue crates explode into a million bolts. Inside the control room, take care of the last 2 mutant frogs. Outside along the walkway, there's a glowing pair of shoes. Grab the Magneboots (they actually stick to Clank, quite funny!) and celebrate your success. This mission is now complete. Check your status and map.
