Jak's mind and spirit is teleported from the AstroViewer out into space, to the deck of the DarkMaker Ship out in orbit around the planet. This is way too weird? |

Jak now assumes the identity of a DarkMaker Commander aboard the ship. He looks, acts and feels like one of them. His moves are clunky at best and has no weapons. His only defense is his fists and a bubble shield [circle]. Because he's a bit bigger in size than normal DarkMakers, the fistfights don't last long. The object of this mission, is to find the power generator and knock down the defense shield protecting the ship. The Precursors need the ship to be vulnerable. |

In the first room, knock out the 6 DarkMakers attacking you. They know you're not one of them eventhough you may look like them. Once all 6 are gone, a door at the end of the room opens. Go through the door into a large chamber. Using your fists, punch a floating spike bomb down the catwalk to the round access tunnel. As the spike bomb explodes, the door to the tunnel cracks. Walk up to the tunnel and smash down the door. Inside the tunnel are security defense lasers. |

Because Jak is so big, the tunnel doesn't have alot of headroom. The lasers cycle all together, 2-3 notches at a time, every 4-5 seconds. There's only enough time to walk and hop over 2 conduits at a time. Wait for the lasers to stop then jump as far as you can. Should you hit a laser, your health meter will take a hit (top of screen). Smash the tunnel door at the other end. Inside the next power room, find a hovering spike bomb and punch one towards the power nest. The nest explodes leaving a huge hole in the floor. Jump down. |

Walk down the tunnel to the huge power room. 2 DarkMakers are blocking your way. As they fire, use the bubble shield to protect your health. Punch them off the balcony in the power room. Down on the left, another power nest. Punch a spike bomb over the edge of the balcony in the exact direction of the power nest. The nest explodes. In it's wake, 2 hover platforms start to rotate in a circular orbit. Jump to the hover platform and ride over to the next balcony. |

Knock out the next power nest and use the hover platforms to get to the central pedestal platform. Jak now learns a new skill as a DarkMaker. Use [R2] and pick-up the nearby box. Drop the box next to the upper ledge. Hop on the box then onto the ledge. Knock down the power nest down below. Jump back down, pick-up the box, and walk over to the far side of the central platform. Drop the box near the ledge, jump up to the platform, and knock out the last power nest. |

Ride the hover platforms over to the access tunnel in the wall. Walk down the tunnel to the defense shield power generator. Walk over the security lasers and punch a spike bomb over the edge of the balcony. The object is to explode all the small orbiting balls around the huge power generator. As each orbiting ball explodes, the generator starts to spark. After the last ball vaporizes, the generator explodes in a wave of white light. The screen goes completely white. |

[Movie sequence begins] Precursors voices yell in delight... Our hero! Jak mysteriously returns to the AstroViewer as if nothing has happened and as if no time has passed at all. Daxter is still clammering to have a look in the telescope. Jak is confused and disoriented from the experience. Jump down from the AstroViewer platfrom and work your way back out of the forest, through the access doors back to Haven City. |
