After turning on the power switch down in the sewer network, Jak rides the elevator back up top to the Industrial area of Haven City still controlled by the KG.

In the industrial section of Haven City, KG Death Bots and Spider Bots are on patrol. Use Jak's jetboard to move through the alleyways. Look for the "lightning bolt" icon on the proximity radar. WE'RE VERY CLOSE! The access door is on the upper sidewalk level. Beside the ramp leading up from the sewers, there's a metal beam leaning up against the upper sidewalk. Use Jak's jetboard, and rail grind up the beam to the sidewalk. This will save you a ton of time and avoid enemies.

Walk down the sidewalk to the Power Control Room. Snipe down any KG that comes by. Go inside the access door. [Movie sequence begins] Jak & Daxter re-unite with their buddy Vin.. but there's a problem.. Vin is a holo-construct inside the Eco Grid. He converted himself in fear of being captured by MetalHeads. Vin explains that the cyphers ARE in the grid but hard to get at. The security is tough. Daxter gets "jacked in". |

You'll recognize this video arcade favorite??? Ms. Pacman done Jak-style!. The object is simple. Gobble up all the power cells and make it to the end without getting caught by the security muncher. The security muncher is working in the opposite direction and may be hard to see. The solid lines in the eco grid, let you know what grid the muncher's currently patrolling. Obviously, you want to avoid him at all costs and work down another grid as he passes by harmlessly.

WATCH FOR THE POWER CELL BUILDER. He jumps in every once in awhile. His job is to rebuild the circuit that your munching. When he appears, chase him down before he rebuilds too many power cells. Use [X] to speed-up your progress so you can chase him. Once all the power cells are gone Vin breaks-in and yells to Daxter to go to the center and grab the cypher... Job done... Daxter "jacks-out" back to the Control Room... Cypher in hand... Jak & Daxter say to Vin, they'll be back.

Torn breaks-in as a holo-construct next to Vin and tells Jak the KG War Factory Defense Grid is now down. Come back to Freedom HQ and grab the jet fighter to go intercept the KG. Leave the Control Room and jump on a nearby zoomer.
