There is only 1 powercell to get, by freeing the Red Sage from the energy cage.

This is the toughest mission of the game!! Not only do you have to get over the block bridges, but then you have to face the rotating turntable nightmare, another maze of tile block bridges and then run the gauntlet full of hundreds of baby spiders. From the central catwalk by the robot, continue down to another temporary tile block bridge. The sequece for this bridge is..1st white-left then green-left then red-left then clear to the catwalk. Whack the soldier lurker.

Grab the scout fly then spin jump to the first rotating 1/4 turntable. Jump to the far 1/2 rotating turntable then wait for the over head turntable to clear and jump up. From the highest turntable, spin jump and grab the edge of the next 3/4 turntable. Pull up right away and jump to the 3/4 turntable on the right down the passage. Jump across the middle as the gap of the turntable starts to go into the wall and then jump to the next 1/2 turntable as it comes out from the wall. Now jump clear to the far platform ledge.

Grab the scout fly on the ledge and then power jump on the white button. This temporary tile bridge is very difficult. Study the color pattern first and try to pick out a route. Jak has to jump precisely over 3 tiles at a time to make it to the hidden platform on the left. If Jak lands on the edge between 2 different colored blocks, both colors will disappear. Here's my sequence..red-left then turn, yellow-left then white-left then turn, green-middle then to the platform. Jump on the button to reactivate the bridge to go back.

NOTE: Jak will porbably fall several times trying to get to the far ledge if you try and get all the orbs and try to clear the tile block bridge at the same time. Before moving on, collect ALL the orbs. If Jak falls, the game re-sets at the white button.

Walk through the portal and power up from the yellow eco energy vent just inside. Blast away at the metal boxes for lots of orbs. As Jak approaches the step to the second section, a big swarm of jumping rabbit lurkers are released from the power chamber up ahead. They come fast and furious and there's lots of them. Run back to the yellow eco energy vent recharge and blast your way up the hallway, all the way to the red eco energy vent by the power chamber.

While trying to fight off the storm of rabbit lurkers pounding away at you, power up with red eco energy and spin whack all the rabbit lurkers that come near you. Quickly run into the power chamber and whack all the power lanterns in front of the generators. This will stop the release of more little lurkers and you can clean out the rest of them. You may have to powerup 2-3 times to get em all. Make sure every last one is gone. This will release the portal door lock on the left.

Sorry, not quite done yet! On the other side of the portal is another balcony and more rotating turntables. Watch both turntables move. This is a combination jump that you have time perfectly to get to the far balcony and the Red Sage. Jump to the 1/2 turntable on the far wall. As it goes into the wall, jump to the 1/2 turntable ahead on the left. Before the turntable gap comes out of the wall, jump to the far platform on the right with the Red Sage cage in the citadel. Whack the power lantern releasing the cage. Get the powercell.

Once you free the Red Sage and he talks to Jak and Daxter, a series of hover pads will appear like a staircase. This staircase leads high up the wall of the citadel. Jump to the hover pad on the right, through the blue eco lightning ball and jump off at the platform below. Another temporary colored tile block bridge to cross. My sequence - 2nd red-left then 2nd white-left then brown-right then green-left then clear to the central catwalk. Now go right along the catwalk.
