After completing No Way On The Subway for Ray, he did promise to get you a lead on Florian Cravic. A few hours after completing the mission, Roman will call you. He has a lead on someone who knows where Florian is. Niko jumps at the chance and says he will pick up Roman shortly. All missions or current activities are suspended (this is a priority afterall). Follow the new highlited route and go get Roman from the condo.

Make sure you have a 4-door car. After you pick-up Roman, you'll get a new highlited route down to Star Junction. They're meeting with a street vendor named Talbot who was with Florian not too long ago. Roman doesn't know the guy but Ray says he's apparently harmless, so there should be no concerns. Park on the sidewalk not too far away from Talbot's art stand. [movie sequence begins] Talbot is visibly nervous that someone wants to talk to him about Florian.

After a few seconds, you'll realize that Talbot is gay and doesn't want to be in any trouble. He doesn't have Florian's home address but can remember how to get there, if you can drive him there? Go back and grab your car. Pull up to Talbot and Roman. They'll get in the back seat. Roman is very concerned that you want to go see Florian. Niko will not be swayed! Talbot will give the directions as you drive. You'll have to drive slowly, because he's doing this from memory.

You may have to stop on a street for a few seconds while Talbot gets his bearings. You'll eventually end up on Union Drive West going up to Varsity Heights. Florian's condo is on Ivy Drive South. [cut scene] Talbot is still nervous and wants to know if he's in trouble? He gets out from the car and runs away. Niko is full of revenge or hate and is preparing to confront Florian. Roman pleads with his cousin to reconsider.

[Movie sequence begins] Niko and Roman bust into Florian's apartment. Niko has his pistol drawn and is yelling for Florian to come out. Florian is hiding behind the bed. He comes out with his hands up. He says he's changed his name to Bernie Crane. He's left that life back into Eastern Europe and doesn't want to remember anything that Florian did or was. Niko is dumbfounded and now frustrated. Florian is flaming gay!!

Niko yells at Bernie and asks what he remembers back in Europe? Where's his brother Draco Cravic? Is HE in Liberty City? Bernie says yes but he hasn't spoken to him since they arrived. Niko asks Roman? Roman heard he was in town but hasn't heard anything about Draco. Niko and Roman leave Bernie's place. Niko is clearly frustrated and feels he must go alone and find out about Draco. Roman understands.

Roman stays behind and says to Niko he'll see what he can find out from Bernie? Niko leaves and calls Ray on his phone. Niko's clearly agitated and swears at Ray for leading him in a totally wrong direction. He knew Florian was of no use to him and now he has a bigger problem to find Draco. Ray yells back and says you asked for Florian, I gave you Florian. Remember that Niko?
