Phil Bell "P" will reappear on your radar. He's back over in his office at the cargo docks in Port Tudor. Drive over to his office and park out front. [movie sequence] Phil is talking with Jimmy's wife. She leaves. He barks that it's not what it looks like. She likes to come to me and chat from time to time, nothing more. Niko has a favor. He wants to know if Phil could help him with Draco? Phil yells that the favor sounds like blackmail!

That ends the discussion in a hurry. Phil isn't sure he trusts him yet, but Niko makes his case that he put his butt on the line for Phil many times already. It's the least he could do. Phil says he'll think about it. Leave the office and drive down the highlted route to the old abandoned soft drink factory on Argus Street. Swing around and park in front of the fence. Phil wants you to take down an enemy, Chubby Charlie.

Phil explains that you can do this 2 ways. You can go in through the basement via the sewer tunnel, or go in through the door (your choice). Phil leaves you there and takes off in the car! Walk down the access road on the right onto the property. Drop down to the ramp [X] leading into the sewer tunnel. Load your carbine rifle. There doesn't seem to be anyone in the tunnel, even with the barrels lit with flames?

It's rather dark in the tunnel. Past the 2nd lit barrel, there's a hole in the brick wall on the left. Slowly walk up the tunnel to the break in the wall into the building. You can see 2 guys standing guard by the door. Go into crouch and load your sniper rifle. Zoom-in on the guy on the left by the stairs. Take him down first with a headshot, so he doesn't escape up the stairs. The other guy will freeze in fear. Take him down.

Load your SMG or assault rifle. Aim and shoot the 2 gunmen lurking in the basement (may be hard to see). Run up the debris and climb the stairs to the 2nd floor. You'll be immediately under attack. Duck behind a slab of concrete and look for your enemies. Take'em down one by one and work your way over to the other side of the room. WATCH UP TOP ON THE 3RD FLOOR LEDGE for more gunfire. Get a lock on them and fire.

Run up the debris ramp to the 3rd floor. Watch out for more gunmen. Take them down as they fire on you. Look for the body armor on the floor in the corner (behind a barrel). Keep your rifle loaded and aimed up the stairs. Walk up to the 4th floor. There's one gunmen hding behind a tank right as you reach the top. Gun him down at close range. Hide behind the wall on the left. Up ahead, 3 gunmen are hiding behind the pillars.

Load and toss a grenade into the room. 2 gunmen will run when they see the grenade. Wait for the explosion, then quickly load your assault rifle and gun them down before they get back up and duck for cover. There's another gunmen in the far doorway and he only peeks out every few seconds. Wait him out, and take him down piece by piece. Pick up their AK47's (more ammo now then your carbine rifle has).

Run to the arched doorway leading to the next room (better lighting). Peek in to the left. MORE GUNMEN! Toss 2-3 grenades into the middle of the room to thin-out the odds. Load your assault rifle and take down the remaining gunmen. Chubby Charlie has already escaped and busted through a window out to the rooftop (he's the only red circle in your radar). Walk to the broken window and look left. Gun down the guys hiding behind the vents.

Jump out the window to the roof below. Get up and duck for cover behind a vent. Load your sniper rifle and from a crouch position [L3], pick-off the lookouts. When quiet, get up and run over the covered plank bridge to the next building. Run up the roof and back across the other plank bridge. Chubby Charlie is still above you on the highest roof (red circle arrow) Take down his bodyguard on the highest roof.

Climb the wall ladder to the highest roof. As you start to climb [cut scene] A helicopter flies in over the horizon from Algonquin and starts to slow down and descend on the roof of the factory building above you. NO TIME TO LOSE! Climb the ladder to the rooftop. As you reach the top [cut scene] Chubby Charlie jumps and grabs the skid rail of the chopper. The chopper starts to climb while Charlie hangs on.

Quickly load your RPG and aim up at the chopper. DON'T WAIT TOO LONG! Fire a rocket up at the chopper. [cut scene] The tail rotor takes a direct hit and the chopper starts to spin down out of control. It crashes thru the skylight and then a loud fiery explosion as it tumbles down thru the broken floors. When gameplay returns, go back down the ladder across the bridge then left. Jump down to the slanted roof then to the ground. Find a car and go home.
