Manny has another job. Walk or drive to the community center in South Bohan. Manny is meeting with LCPD officer Francis McCreary. They are recording a public service message about keeping the streets clean. Niko walks in and is introduced to McCreary. Niko is hesitant to talk with the cops and stays away from the camera. He's clearly agitated. Manny says this is all part of the community center program. Manny has a problem though and needs your help.

There's another gang hanging out near the auto body shop in the Industrial area. Use the highlited route in the radar. Drive up to the location but stay back and observe. There are 3 guys outside and 2 guys inside a car by the far right door [X]. After doing this mission once already, the trick is to ram your car into their car, pinning them in the garage so they can't drive away and escape. I drove down the road, turned around then rammed the car in at 45 degrees.

Jump out of your car and load your shotgun. They will be trying to rock the car back and forth to get out of the garage. Shoot the driver in the car first (through the windshield). Now you know the car won't be going anywhere. Shoot the passenger in the car (same way) in case he tries to drive. Now go outside, find and shoot the 3 gangsters. Hopefully there are no police alerted. If so, escape and clear your wanted level.

Niko phones Manny to tell him the job is done. All he gets is the answering machine? Hmmm... odd?. Drive back to your safehouse. Mallorie calls you a short time later and tells you she would like to introduce you to Elizabetha. She's in a bind and could us a "handyman" like you. Drive home first and save game. Use your reserved parking. Manny disappears from your radar.
