You may have to wait awhile before this next sequence starts. Roman will call Niko on his cellphone not too soon after escaping from Dimitri and his gangsters. Roman is whispering and tells Niko he's needs to see him right away. Get in your car and follow the highlited route on the radar. Drive up to Cerveza Heights. Drive down the alley to the back of the parking lot.

[movie sequence begins] Niko gets out of his car and hunts around the parking lot looking for Roman. He yells to Niko. He's hiding in the trunk of his taxi. He's so nervous that someone is out to kill him. Niko tells him to relax. They survived so far and nothing is going to stop them from their dreams. He tells Roman about Bulgarin and the fact that he now lives here.

Roman and Niko hop in his car and decide to drive back to the safehouse. The plan is to pack up their belongings and move to a new apartment. Roman calls Mallorie on the way over and asks if she has a place where they can stay for awhile? She does have a place. Roman is pleased and says they will be there today. As they approach the safehouse, they see the whole place engulfed in flames (arson)? Roman wants to grab some belongings but it's too late.

Roman is in a panic now. Transfer to your favorite car. Drive over to the taxi depot. It's also up in flames. This is definitely the work of Dimitri or Bulgaran and his gangsters. This is no accident! Roman is freaking out. He's lost his apartment, his business and now he's blaming Niko. It's all Niko's fault for killing Vlad and Faustin and pissing off Dimitri. Niko tells him to shut-up and get control of yourself. Drive off to Bohan.

Drive into Bohan and park in the reserved spot in front of your new place. [movie sequence begins] Roman and Niko enter Mallorie's old apartment. It's not bad. Definitely alot better than where they were before. Roman is in a better mood when Mallorie comes in to greet them. Niko just shakes his head. Mallorie says that when you're ready for some work, come by the community center.

As with your old safehouse, the reserved parking space is to save your vehicles. You can also still store vehicles at your old safehouse. I went out outside and picked up a motorcycle. They're helpful especially getting through heavy traffic. Dimitri calls on your phone and says he disapointed he didn't see your dead body at the warehouse. He wishes Niko good luck.
