After completing the Blow Your Cover mission, Elizabeta will call you in a panic. She needs to see you right away! Drive to her apartment in South Bohan. [movie sequence begins] Niko walks into her apartment. Elizabeta and Little Jacob are in the middle of a huge fight! Elizabeta is accusing Jacob of setting her up with bad contacts and she lost all her cocaine. Jacob says it's not his fault and knew nothing about this.

Elizabeta pleads with Niko to make this right or she'll make Jacob pay! Niko says he'll look after it and go get the coke for her. Leave the apartment. Hop in your car and drive out of Bohan. Get body armor if you don't have it already. You'll have to go to the gun store or a spawn point (Jacob is busy). Now drive out the Bohan bridge and take the bridge ramp across to Algonquin.

It's going to be a bit of a drive, but it's nice to see some new scenery! WATCH THE TRAFFIC! Cars and taxis will be turning right and left in front of you, so watch where you're driving. There are also several 1-way streets you have to be aware of. I made the mistake of driving a nice car (you will lose it), so drive a beater. Make your way to the old hospital ruins on Colony Island.

Drive through the gold arrow in the parking lot at the back of the new hospital. [cut scene] The camera pans into the hospital demolition site next door. There are several gang members guarding the entrance and at several posts inside the building. 2 guys jump out from a nearby pick-up truck and walk inside. There are 2 guys inside a back room with a tote bag on a table. That's the location you have to get to. It's deep inside the building by the back corner.

When gameplay returns, get out of your car. Run across the lot to the right of the pick-up truck and walk through the break in the fence. Load your Micro SMG. Have your target lock ready [L2]. Sneak up along the brick wall to the front entrance. There are 2 guys standing next to a burnt-out car. Gun them down. Pick-up the money on the ground and swap to the SAS-10 shotgun that they drop when you kill them.

There are 3 gangsters inside the first section. One is up along the top of the back wall. The 2nd is on a roof beam and the 3rd is hiding behind a crate at ground level. If you look to your radar display, you'll see 10 red dots. You have to locate and kill all of them. Use the target lock [L2] and shoot the 3 guys you can see as your target locates them. Go in the room and pick-up the weapons. Load a grenade and throw it thru the doorway on the left. Stand back!

There are several gangsters hiding down the long hallway. Hopefully the grenade took out 1-2 of them. Go for cover behind the door frame and peek out down the hall. Shoot the guys as they come out from behind cover. There's an explosive barrel at the end of the hall. If you can blow-up the barrel, you'll take out 2 more guys. Pick-up the first aid kit on the ground on the left (if you need it). Work you way to the very end and go right. Pick-up weapons & cash on the way.

If you look to your radar, you should only have 2 gangsters left. They are in the back room hiding behind the cabinets. You can move to a position where you can peer into the room and shoot away, but still be protected by the walls. Work your way into the back room and kill the 2 guys. Pick-up the body armor and weapons inside the room. When you're ready, go to the table and pick-up the tote bag.

[movie sequence begins] Niko phones Elizabeta and tells her he has her coke. Jaocb tells Niko the heat is coming. A cutaway scene shows an army helicopter swooping in and dropping tactical officers on the ground. They're entering the building. More officers arrive in the parking lot and stake-out the perimeter. Ok this is going to be fun! Niko can't believe his string of luck?

When gameplay returns, your radar will be flashing. You're being hunted by the police. You currently have a 2-star wanted level but you'll have to kill 2-3 NOOSE officers to get out of the building which will raise you to 3-stars Run down the hallway back to the front courtyard. Shoot any officer that gets in your way. Keep the Micro SMG loaded and targeting [L2] to avoid being ambushed. Throw a grenade along the left wall of the courtyard. That will take-out 1 officer.

Run out to the courtyard and look for the tactical officer on the second floor ledge. Take him out. Go into crouch [L3] and go along the left wall to the exit. Look for 2 officers outside. Peg the one on the right first, then run to the right wall and peg the 2nd officer. Run outside. There's another officer hiding behind a wooden spool. Wait for him to come out from cover and kill him. Run for the break in the fence [X].

This is where gameplay can go in any direction depending on your decision. You can run through the break in the fence and hop over the retaining wall to a boat dock down below. OR.. you can run through the break in the fence on the left, hop in the pick-up truck, drive through the police blockade and try to lose your wanted level that way. I chose the powerboat. Jump over the wall to the dock (or water). Climb into the boat. Use [triangle] to sit down and start it.

ALTERNATE STRATEGY: My mission completion was escaping by powerboat but you can complete this mission by escaping by fast car or motorcycle. This is your choice! I found the boat easiest for evading the 3-star wanted level.

Gunshots will still be firing on you and pinging off the boat, so start the boat quickly and ride away before they kill you (it did happen to me the first time). Speed away in the boat out towards open seas. Look to your radar and wait til you pull away from the flashing circle and the helicopter. Now turn the boat around and head inland. The waves will be choppy. Take your time.

Once you've cleared your wanted level Little Jacob will call you. He wants to meet you in South Bohan Industrial and pick-up the tote bag for Elizabeta. Drive the powerboat up the river channel past the Algonquin bridge, past Charge Island across to the docks on South Bohan. Look for Jacob's radar point and try to find the closest boat dock to pull up to. Jump out.

Make your way up the nearest set of stairs to the back of the warehouses and walk up the alleys to find your way back out to the streets. Don't bother stealing a car at this point or calling for a taxi. Walk the rest of the way to Little Jacob. He's not that far away and you don't want to attract any attention right? Your radar will show him in an alley up ahead [X]. Meet up with Little Jacob. [major movie sequence begins]

Little Jacob greets Niko and tells him he did a good job. Niko asks where Elizabeta is? Little Jacob doesn't answer right away. In walks Michelle? What is she doing here? Niko is a bit confused at this point! Michelle explains to Niko that her real name is Karen and she works undercover for the government (F.I.B.). Niko cannot believe this shit and is outraged that's he's been betrayed by Michelle (Karen).

Karen explains that this all too complicated to get into, but they are tracking Elizabeta. Karen asks for the tote bag of coke. Niko is so furious at this point that he tosses it at her and calls her a stupid bitch. He wants nothing to do with her and walks away. Little Jacob stops him and tells him that it's all okay. He had no choice. No-one needs to know about this and Karen won't bring you in. We'll deal with this another time.

Now you're back on the streets by yourself and no wheels. You're not that far from home so call Roman for a cab. When the cabbie arrives, choose your safehouse as a destination and go home. Mallorie will call you. She is so so sorry about what happened with Michelle and didn't have a clue that she was a fed. Mallorie wants you to know that she is still your friend.
