After completing the mission Dust Off for UL Paper, Niko will get an urgent call on his phone. Uri needs your help right away. There's a helicopter standing by near the salvage yard up in East Holland. Go there right away!. Unfortunately you'll have to stop what you're doing even if it's a date. You're pushed into the mission right away and the highlited route shows up in your radar.

Take whatever car you want. Be mindful that you'll be leaving behind whatever you drive. No need for body armor. This is all about flying. Drive up to the salvage yard in East Holland. Drive in through the gate and park anywhere inside. Hop out of the car and walk to the helicopter. Guess who's in the chopper? Little Jacob will be riding shotgun. Yes Rasta man will be manning the weapons for you (RPG missle launcher)

[cut scene] Another helicopter with 2 men inside, is flying out over the city. Niko and Jacob have to chase the helicopter and shoot it down. When gameplay returns start the rotor [R2]. Lift off the ground and when you have some height, quickly go into forward acceleration [up left stick]. You have to stick to the tail of the helicopter you're chasing down. Don't let him get too far ahead or you'll have to redo the mission.

This chase will be a challenge for your flying skills. The helicopter you're following will fly between the tall office towers (like an obstacle course). If you can, stay above the buildings, watch him from above, and make the banked turns as the chopper in front turns. You'll have to use your left stick while trying to maintain a good speed and height. Try not to cut the corners too quickly or you'll crash into a building.

The lead chopper will eventually head east and duck under the Algonquin bridge, out to open water. On the way out, Jacob is getting nervous and lights a joint in the cabin of the chopper. Niko asks politely could you NOT do that now Jacob! It's hard enough as it is.. to pay attention to his flying without getting high? Dive down under the bridge (let go of [R2] for a second)
and swing under the bridge to the right.

Now that you're out over open water, Jacob can go to work. He's manning an RPG missle launcher. Niko has to maintain the altitude of the chopper inline with the lead helicopter (look to the radar). When he gets a clean shot, he'll fire a missle. This may take a couple of attempts because you have to lean the chopper forward to keep up speed, then level off so Jacob can take a shot. Eventually the chopper will go down.

Once the chopper is hit, and goes down in a ball of flames, Jacob congrats Niko on his mad flying skills and the fact that he was so nervous up here in this crazy machine! Much respect! Fly over the lower end of Algonquin (Castle Gardens) and look to land by the Heli-Tour pads on the lower east side. Fly down to just above street level and line-up to the pad markers on the pier. Bring the chopper down slowly [L2].
