Sara is a random character that shows up down in Little Italy, not too far away from Ray Boccino's hangout. She's a down and out woman who's lost her young looks and is desperate for some attention and some help. I used to be hot and all the guys used to want me. Now nobody pays any attention to me. Don't you think I'm still hot? Look at my $500 shoes!. Niko shakes his head. He does agree to drive her home.

Sara's apartment is on the upper west side in Varsity Heights. Drive up Union Drive West. On the way, Sara talks about takng her ex to court and suing his ass for everything he has. She knows a lawyer at Goldman, Schister and whatever who will take the case (probably the one you killed). When you arrive, her ex is nearby and starts to bad mouth her. NIko's job.. punch him out (don't kill him) and take his money! $200

Francis phones Niko and asks to meet him down by the fountain in Castle Garden. They need to talk! Hop in your car and drive down to Castle Garden. Leave your car out on Union Drive and walk all the way into the park to the fountain. [move sequence] Francis is mad! What kind of rookie are you Niko? You only took out 1 lawyer when I asked you to take care of the job? Niko explains that his job was just to get the files.

After a heated argument, Francis relaxes and asks Niko for 1 last favor. Niko is reluctant to do anything for Francis now, but agrees to it if he pays $5,000. There's an informer up in Holland that Francis needs silenced. He thinks he's the root of the problem. Grab a hot dog from the nearby vendor (why not). Drive up to Middle Park East following the highlited route to a nearby parking lot. Find the car Francis left.

Attention to detail: When I was walking out of the park by the pier in Castle Garden, underneath one of the bridges, I just happened to look down. Rockstar Game Logo stone inlays! right in the sidewalk. I love it! These guys have thought of everything. Subtle yet right there to see.

Francis calls Niko and tells him there's a sniper rifle in the trunk. Be careful with the car. Francis borrowed it from a partner in the precinct. Go up to the car and hop inside (doors are unlocked). Follow the new highlited route up to East Holland to the corner of Denver and Vauxite. Park nearby. When you get out of the car, toggle to fists (no weapons showing). You don't want to attract any attention from the pedestrians.

Look to your radar map and find the red circle. Make sure you're on the right side of the street. Walk along the sidewalk and look for the open door along the store fronts. Go inside the building. Climb the stairs to the roof. Go out on the roof and load your sniper rifle. Walk along the roof til your back out facing over the street. A gold arrow will appear on the building across the street. One apartment window will be open.

One problem! The guy in question is nowhere to be seen. He's in his apartment on the 4th floor, sitting on the couch watching TV, but he's not coming to the window. Niko phones Francis and tells him the problem. Francis says to Niko to look inside the apartment with the sniper scope to see if there's something you can do to lure him to the window. Zoom-in through the window with the scope. Find the telephone.

If you zoom-in all the way with your scope, you can just make-out the telephone number 545-555-0122 on the phone display. Remember the number and call him on your phone. When he answers the phone, he'll come to the window while he's talking. Drop the phone and take him down with a clean headshot with the sniper rifle before he hangs up. Hopefully the gunshot hasn't attracted any attention (no police).

Put your sniper rifle away and walk back down the stairs of the building out to the street. Niko calls Francis and tells him the job is done. This is the last job and he won't do anything more for Francis. If you want police work, get off your lazy fat ass and do it yourself! Francis pays him the money and disappears from you radar. Find your car, and drive back to your safehouse.
