Roman has set Niko up with an email account. Roman suggests to Niko to go to the TW@ Internet Cafe and start surfing online for dates and other things. He has used the internet for all his dates and has met lots of women. Brucie thinks it great and agrees with Roman. Niko reluctantluy agrees and leaves. The internet icon appears in your radar. Drive to the cafe.

Enter the store and talk to the girl behind the desk. She will be your friend and always has nice things to say to you when you come into the cafe (Roman thinks she has nice t*ts). Walk to one of the computers and connect [L1]. Surfing here is no different than surfing at home. Your controller moves the mouse. Use [X] to click. Your first task is to check your email. Go to the box and click. Just reply to the email (one with the smile). You're now wired up.

It's a fun thing to check out the other features of the Liberty City web. They are hilarious! Liberty City News reviews all your mob activities (like killing people and major accidents). Some of the ads are juts wrong! You can spend as much time here as ou do watching TV at home. The one important thing would be Love Meet Dating Service. Go ahead and try to send out email invites to girls in your neighborhood.

If you happen to be driving up Dukes BLVD. towards Outlook Traffic Circle, you'll come across random character Brian again. Stop and talk to him. This time, Brian is much better. He's cleaned up his act and is feeling good. He does have a favor though? He wants Niko to accompany him to pay off his dealer for the last time, just so he doesn't give in to temptation. Drive Brian over to his contact in East Hook.

The deal goes bad of course because these boys want interest on the money he owes. Brian doesn't want a fight but ends up getting whacked with a baseball bat. So.. Niko steps in. Get out your Micro SMG and gun down the 2 dealers before they run away from the alley. Brian gets up and says let's get outta here. Drive Brian home (follow the route). He's grateful for all your help and pays you $500. WOW.
