After meeting with Bernie Crane, Ray calls you with a text message to meet him at the restaurant. Drive down to Little Italy. [movie sequence begins] Ray is meeting with Phil. The diamond dealers that they have been working with, don't want to give Ray a break for the diamonds and he's fetup. Pegerino is expecting some cash and hasn't got anything to show for. He wants Niko to take these guys down and get rid of the problem. Phil agrees.

The diamond dealers are staying at the Majestic Hotel across the street from the south side of Middle Park. Take your vehicle to the front entrance of the hotel. Walk through the gold arrow... EXTRA HINT: Here you have 2 choices. You can go up the elevator to the penthouse and shoot your way to the top, or... go back outside and drive around to the back of the hotel to the alley and find the window washer gondola.

STRATEGY: Make sure you have 100% body armor and a full ammo arsenal (including grenades) before attmepting to go into the hotel to the penthouse. There are just too many gangsters to take down. Call Little Jacob if you have to.

Of course, you would ONLY find out about the outside gondola once you've completed (or almost completed) the mission, so I will walk you through the hard way. Go into the lobby of the hotel. Go to the elevators and call an elevator [L1]. Once inside the elevator you can't do anything. When you arrrive at the floor, [cut scene] shows all the gangsters protecting the hallway. Quickly load your carbine rifle and kill the guy on the right. Run for cover behind the wall.

Peek out from the corner, aim and shoot the gangsters one by one. Watch your body armor strength! If they stick around, load and toss a grenade down the hall (bounce it off the wall). The explosion should clear a path for you. Watch for 3 more gangsters around the corner to the right at the other end. Look to your radar to see where they are. Toss another grenade around the corner. Load the carbine rifle again and get the gangster in the stairwell.

Walk up the stairwell to the next floor. Push open the door and aim your rifle at the door on the left. Wait for the gangster to open the door (to investigate the noise) and shoot him while he's unarmed. Run into the penthouse and duck for cover behind the sofa. It won't give you much protection but it will buy you time to reload. Gun down the 4 gangsters hiding behind the furniture and columns in the dining area.

Come out from behind cover and walk up the right side of the living room. Look to the kitchen area on the left. There are 4 more gangsters hiding there (check your radar for red circles). Slowly walk up to the kitchen with your rifle loaded and aimed at the doorway. When you see a gangster, shoot right away. Walk more to the right and shoot everyone you see inside the kitchen. Pick-up the ammo lying around.

Run up the stairs on the left. Kick open the double doors to the bedroom suite. You have a choice here? Kill the girl or let her go (she'll run away). Shoot the boss on the far side of the bed. There's nothing to grab so leave the bedroom and go to the left. There's a lookout at the top of the stairs. Peek up the stairs and aim your rifle to the top. Gun him down before he sees you. The police have now been alerted and dispatched.

THIS IS WHERE YOU MAY RUN INTO PROBLEMS! Run up to the top of the stairs. The 3 gangsters out on the rooftop terrace will start to shoot at you through the glass. If your body armor is depleted, you'll die here! The trick is to run for cover out on the terrace behind the retaining wall on the left, before they can get too many clean shots at you. If you can, [phone Carmen] for a [health boost] for insurance.

Once the 3 gangsters are dead and the upper terrace is clear, look around the back of the glass atrium and grab the body armor on the ground. Now go to the other side of the terrace and look to the adjacent rooftop terrace. There are more gangsters waiting. Crouch behind the wall and walk down the steps to the bottom. Load your rifle and take down the 3 remaining gangsters. Walk over and find the window gondola.

Hop onto the gondola [L1] and ride it all the way to the bottom. Use the camera [right stick] to look around the city. If you look to your radar, there is one police car right at the entrance to the alley on the right (flashing light). When you reach the bottom, run to the left, hop over the chain link fence and run across the street down the alley. Hopefully no cops are nearby. Jack any car and evade your 2 star wanted level.
